On this channel she doesn't do calendars however if you go to her Playlist there's like summer series and things! I'm not sure what's fully on the app either, she might do more calendar things on there😊 hope that helps!
@@andreaquinteros1304 not usually but she did a few December/January schedules a while back, there should be separate playlists. What I usually do is pick a week of workouts (Mo full body, Tues cardio, Wed Abs&Booty, Thurs Cardio, Fri Legs and Upper Body, Sat yoga or stretch), then do these for four weeks before moving on.
Maddie- I have been using your videos for so many years now, and anytime I recommend workout videos to friends and family I ALWAYS choose you. Your consistency, cool demeanor, simple and straight forward attitude is what keeps me coming back. You feel like a supportive friend getting me through the workouts. I appreciate the calm music, nothing crazy or annoying lyrics- and i suggest you never change your count down, buzzer, and bells sound effects because it is unique to you and at this point they are 100% key to your workouts!

Same! I only ever recommend Maddie and Grow With Jo for walking workouts. I sometimes try to branch out but I always come back to these two because not only are their workouts the best for me, I also love their personalities and attitude.

Yusufali: And at the Mountains, how they are fixed firm?-
وَإِلَى الْأَرْضِ كَيْفَ سُطِحَتْ ﴿۲۰﴾ Qarib: And how the earth was outstretched?
Sarwar: and how the earth is spread out?
Shakir: And the earth, how it is made a vast expanse?
Pickthall: And the earth, how it is spread?
Yusufali: And at the Earth, how it is spread out?
فَذَكِّرْ إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ مُذَكِّرٌ ﴿۲۱﴾ Qarib: Therefore remind, you are only a Reminder.
Sarwar: (Muhammad), preach; you are only a preacher.
Shakir: Therefore do remind, for you are only a reminder
Pickthall: Remind them, for thou art but a remembrancer,
Yusufali: Therefore do thou give admonition, for thou art one to admonish.
لَسْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِمُصَيْطِرٍ ﴿۲۲﴾ Qarib: You are not charged to oversee them.
Sarwar: You do not have full control over them.
Shakir: You are not a watcher over them;
Pickthall: Thou art not at all a warder over them.
Yusufali: Thou art not one to manage (men's) affairs.
إِلَّا مَنْ تَوَلَّى وَكَفَرَ ﴿۲۳﴾ Qarib: As for those who turn their back and disbelieve,
Sarwar: However, those who turn away and disbelieve,
Shakir: But whoever turns back and disbelieves,
Pickthall: But whoso is averse and disbelieveth,
Yusufali: But if any turn away and reject Allah,-
فَيُعَذِّبُهُ اللَّهُ الْعَذَابَ الْأَكْبَرَ ﴿۲۴﴾ Qarib: Allah will punish them with the greatest punishment.
Sarwar: God will punish them with the greatest torment.
Shakir: Allah will chastise him with the greatest chastisement
Pickthall: Allah will punish him with direst punishment.
Yusufali: Allah will punish him with a mighty Punishment,
إِنَّ إِلَيْنَا إِيَابَهُمْ ﴿۲۵﴾ Qarib: Indeed, to Us they shall return,

This one almost finished me. I could see how it would be super effective, but I've been struggling for the past two months with declining strength and the combo of relatively high speed, weights and tons of squats/lunges was just too much. I had to slow down, downsize the weights, lose the weights altogether and still barely made it through. Might revisit when I figure out why my fitness level seems to go backwards instead of up right now.
