I appreciate your videos. I’m 52, took a season off from exercise and now I’m back at it. I’ve found your videos very helpful for me. Right now I tend to chose more of the full body workouts. I like the different length of videos as well. This allows me to pick what works for me any given day. I do need to modify some of the movements but I’m moving and for me that’s progress👍🏻

This workout was amazing. I used heavier weights for a lot of things instead of midweight swapping when necessary but I actually burned more calories then a lot of 20 minute cardio. I love the standing only due to limited space and no repeats keeps me interested ty for sharing these!
Your workouts are THE BEST I have found!! For a few reasons, they are easy to follow along, and you demonstrate the exercise before you begin and allow enough time to practice it. AMAZING!! I have avoided weight training for so many years, but now these videos have me lifting weights 3x a week!! That says a lot for someone who has mostly done cardio for decades. THANK YOU!!!!

I am so grateful for your workouts. I had major surgery two months ago and also have Plantar Fasciitus in my left foot. I am healing well and your standing weight workouts have been a huge part in helping me to regain not only strength, but to look and feel better. My over 40 body appreciates not having to get on the floor. I did this specific workout yesterday and loved it. It's not only strength training but cardio as well, as I found my heart rate getting in the zone. This will be in my regular rotation. Thanks again!

I absolutely love Mik. I have been searching forever for an instructor like her and these type of strength workouts. I absolutely hated strength training because it was boring and I prefer to remain standing when engaged in most types of workouts. I love the fluidity of her dynamic full body strengthening moves and the variety is the best. Please continue these type of workouts and I would love to see some kettlebell workouts and a few more warm up/cool down options, specifically ballet inspired movements. Thank you so much! 🥰❤❤

Loving your standing weight training workouts. I can feel the difference where my muscles have been really worked but in a good way. Slow and steady is the way to go for those of you with certain aches and pains; jumping around is so not necessary!

Did it today, absolutely amazing, I was sweaty and had some moments of intense heart rate (76 years old) but managed beautifully!
