    I was so sore from yesterdays workout with you, this morning I decided to get up and do this shorter strength training instead. When I started I was like oh no, this is going to be way too difficult. I am one not to,give up so I kept going, I’m so glad I did, I finished, and kicked butt! I’m so proud of where my journey is leading me❤

    I had a bad case of the 'I don't wanna!"s today but Kaleigh to the rescue! So glad I ignored that little voice encouraging me to skip strength training and did this instead.

    Thank you so much for this workout. I love work out that doesn’t have a lot of repeats or no repeats that goes straight through it and I’m sweating and I don’t know what’s coming next. I love it especially being 55. I need all the modifications you can offer great job look forward some more like this.

    This is such a fine exercise video. Each routine seems thoughtfully and carefully selected for maximum results and comfort while doing them. I did this at 75% speed to get a good feel and not pull anything. Works for me. Thank you for this excellent video.
