I was so sore from yesterdays workout with you, this morning I decided to get up and do this shorter strength training instead. When I started I was like oh no, this is going to be way too difficult. I am one not to,give up so I kept going, I’m so glad I did, I finished, and kicked butt! I’m so proud of where my journey is leading me❤
This was amazing, really feeling like we covered everything here plus the bike ride today!! Love this so much as well as the reminder to give ourselves grace 💗

This is such a fine exercise video. Each routine seems thoughtfully and carefully selected for maximum results and comfort while doing them. I did this at 75% speed to get a good feel and not pull anything. Works for me. Thank you for this excellent video.
