20-min Full Body NO REPEAT Workout with Dumbbells

  • This strength workout is quick but effective at building full-body muscle and definition! We have 15 exercises to target the lower body, upper body, and abs! This no-repeat structure will keep your heart rate up while increasing overall muscle mass! Aim to lift with moderately heavy weights to maximize this 20 minutes!
    20-MINUTE NO REPEAT FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
    EQUIPMENT NEEDED
    - DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 30lbs / 7 to 13.6kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy!

    WORK: 60 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS

    This morning I did the plank rock for the full minute and no break! First time to do that. I was so excited. I even yelled to my husband in the other room to share the news while still working out. Yay!

    I was a like scared of 1 min of work but the pacing was perfect! I’m getting stronger every day! I’m glad I get to go for a massage this afternoon!

    Kaleigh! Thank you so much for this. Do you ever think about create workouts for people with some kind of physical disability? Like people that can´t move the feet, legs or knees for example? That is not my case but while I was doing your series of exercises this thought came to my mind and I decided to share it with you. Greetings from Brazil.

    This is good but since there are so many more fitness people that are over 50 or 60 working out! Can you do more for people like us and keep in mind safety for all.. Maybe slower and methodical focused toning different body parts. I do this but with less weight size.
