Full Body Workout with Dumbbells | NO REPEAT

- No time to get bored with this 20 minute no repeat full body strength session! With 45 seconds to work and a quick 20 second recovery we are going to make the most of this short, but effective dumbbell workout! We combine upper and lower body exercises to work most muscle groups more than once to make the most of this no repeat format. We also finish strong with an all out abs section.
As with every workout we do, form is going to be so important to maximize this training session! Remember this is your time so make the most of it!

DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 30lbs

My favourite workout atm, I do it almost daily. I found so many other "no repeat" workouts that were just the same squats done five sets in a row but at different speeds etc, so I love that this one is actually no repeats. There really is no time to get bored.

Loved this!! Came to say keep up the good work! Just had a baby a year ago, healed my postpartum core and only had to modify a couple exercises toward the end. Definitely pretty mom-friendly workout!
