@@Speaklik_me I so agree with you on this, and it is my go-to when we do the strength workouts, as well as the other ones for when we do the cycling ones! I feel more flexible on certain thinsg now including when I dedicate some time to revisiting yoga! 😉
Yes you’re definitely right. I do 2 short intense workouts before this. One is for full grown men and the other is for my age (I’m a 13 year old girl) so I absolutely agree with this

Loved this 🙌 this felt like 3 minutes, not 11! my biggest problem with most stretching routines is that they're more yoga based and gentle. I like a deeper, more intense stretch. Thank you!

that felt like 2 minutes. I LOVE HER. I’m a dancer and I just worked for about an hour and a half on a difficult hip-hop choreo that is very demanding stamina and strength-wise. Felt terrible but the stretch was very calming. I feel better already, we’ll see how sore I am tomorrow 💓
There's a reason this has so many views. Works after cardio as well. No matter how big or how small your work out it covers it all!

When I tell you this worked I mean it. I had done a full body 45-minute workout yesterday and forgot to stretch, but today I did it after doing the same workout, and I feel so much better. I cannot believe it helped so much, but it did. Thank you so very much.
Went to the gym this morning and I finally for the first time ever did some of the equipment and machines by myself 😅 I usually get too nervous to try/ but I made sure to stretch before I left because I always neglect when I get home. Thank you for posting this!

thanks a bunch! I need to do more stretching esp as I get older I've been lifting heavy for 10 years now and realize that I can't keep skiipping on the stretcheslll you have been saved on my playlists ; )
Some of the stretches I found painful but once I was done I felt so good and not one muscle hurt anymore. Definitely a dessert!

That was a nice change of pace from the usual shower and exhaustion after a workout I loved it very relaxing 10/10 will be coming back next post workout

After a really sucky workout today, this really felt like the perfect dessert. Despite feeling like crap during the workout, all of the stretches felt so good and I could feel my progress in flexibility. I’ve been doing this stretching routine every time after working out over the last month, when I started exercising for the first time in years, and I really love it, thanks!
I have started doing workouts for about 2 weeks. Everytime I come back to this post-workout stretch, because its so helpful to increase flexibility and reduce muscle soreness! Thank you so much ❤

Thank you, i was sore the first day of HIIT and then i worked out a second day and the pain was intense. Hopefully I can get back in the gym tomorrow with this recovery

I work in the trades and if you are not careful it can really take a toll on your body. Stretching is so important for injury prevention. Especially when doing manual labor. Thank you so much Kaleigh! This is such a hug lifesaver.

What I like most about this stretch is that I still feel like I'm working out. I don't really the slowness of stretching. I'm a "hurry up and let's move on" gal but this somehow feels deeper and more powerful than most stretching routines.

Those first two over shoulder stretches hurt always so much! I mean they don’t hurt hurt, but they’re so uncomfortable that I kinda don’t want to do them. I tremble, and breathing is super difficult. Not sure what that means for my body, perhaps my shoulder and side muscles are super tight, but I hate that stretch. I’m forcing to do this cooling down nog for this week to see if it gets easier by time, but not noticing a difference in the past four days. 😅
