I love your videos. I kept damaging my shoulder and hip and ankle from running and doing my weights and one day I thought maybe stretching does really help. So I watched so many and most people seem boring or make it seem boring and with my adhd I need someone that makes me smile abs feel relaxed but not so much I fall asleep and your quirky and fun. I knew I'd be using ur videos everyday when you said '...yay, I'm normal!' I love that. Your fun to stretch with. It's desert time for me now. See u in a minute

Stretches need to be held at least 30 seconds for them to be effective. Great stretches, just wish we actually held it for 30 sec.
