    Would love to see a lower and upper body stretch combined!!! I often do your 15 minute stretch, but an equal mix of upper and lower would be amazing! Love your videos, follow your stretches after every gym session 🫶

    Do you have an upper body dessert? I can't seem to find one. I loved this one and want to make sure my whole body get the dessert it deserves!

    The stretch at 09:25 with knees on top of each other. I can't get anywhere near that and I thought I was quite flexible!! 😅 xx Thank you Kayleigh for a great stretch session 💕

    I love your videos. I kept damaging my shoulder and hip and ankle from running and doing my weights and one day I thought maybe stretching does really help. So I watched so many and most people seem boring or make it seem boring and with my adhd I need someone that makes me smile abs feel relaxed but not so much I fall asleep and your quirky and fun. I knew I'd be using ur videos everyday when you said '...yay, I'm normal!' I love that. Your fun to stretch with. It's desert time for me now. See u in a minute

    OMG! I am happy I found this channel. I always make myself to do stretch because it is so hard, but your stretches are so easy and soft, I adore them. 20 minutes runs like 2. Thank you a lot! I really enjoy doing them.

    Any stretching that includes gomukasan (cow) legs is awesome!! That’s my go to for when my hips get super tight! Awesome after the 20 minute i sane HIIT ride too💪🏻♥️😬

    Some of these stretches are not friendly for those of us with larger thighs. 😅 I definitely could not line my knees up in that crossover stretch.

    I'm super stiff and haven't stretched for ages. I think these are too difficult but do you have stretches for old people with limited mobility and muscle flexibility?

    Stretches need to be held at least 30 seconds for them to be effective. Great stretches, just wish we actually held it for 30 sec.
