      If I wanted entertainment I’d be on a different channel. We’re adults and these are needed - i like these videos - especially ones for Booty beauty but with bad knees. I tore my ACLS long ago & nope 👎 surgery never helped.

    I work in retail which means standing without being able to sit for anywhere between 8 to 12 hours 5 to 6 days a week. These stretches SAVED me from the hip and @$$ pain of the day. THANK YOU!

    i've been having lower hip/glute tension that''s been really painful for a long while. so i'm glad that when i gave this a go at 12am because the stiffness and pain was too much, it actually helped A LOT. gonna put it into my nightly routine

    You hit the nail on the head! I am a professional dancer and I have injured the muscle from my glute down the back of my leg, I also have extremely tight hip flexors (noticed more in the past couple of years as injured one too!) This video was perfect, if I try and stretch without guidance I don't do enough and probably not the correct technique, so I just "needed someone to stretch with" and guide me!     I am glad I came across this video. These stretches are perfect and are helping me with my glute and hip tightness. My left side is WAY worse than my right side and these stretches gave me a good starting point. Will be subscribing. THANKS!!!

    Hi Brian, thanks for another great video. I know that you have posted videos mentioning running in the past, I am a senior runner, mainly competing in 5 and 10K distances, I would love to break 40 minutes for the 10K, I would appreciate some specific strength and conditioning workouts if possible.Kind regards.

    So just recently I noticed my left hip/femur side feels like an impingement. I would feel it when walking or squatting heavy. The pain is very minor but don't want to make it any worse. I'm definitely taking a 1-2 week deload and perfecting technique with lighter weight. Also, will be including these stretches and any advice your team would recommend?

    So I did hip and thigh workout yesterday. My glutes n thigh was soo sore today.
    I did this stretch now and I feel better than how I did in the morning.

    ben dealing with bad runners knee and realsing I struggle with consistent relaxing after excercise. Appreciate the simplicity and real time stretching with the viewer, its more helpful than quickly showing

    Haha Using this video before workout. Love when you say "Do this after a workout. This is more of a cool down. Guess I should have said that in the beginning."     You guys should do a video on working out from home. My GYM is closed for 14 days. All I have is 30 pound dumbbells and 40 pound dumbbells. Also an AB roller and elliptical.

    Thank you. I just started training glutes specifically and I didn’t realize how tight they can become. I tried to run today and couldn’t but these stretches worked. I feel instant relief 👍🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🔥

    Thank you so much, feel much better. My gluteus hurt from driving very much bicycle, but it stretchedit very good and now I feel comfortable again... bicycle moves the hips always in the same line, and this was very different, and relaxed it.

    Really glad I tried this! I've been experiencing a lot of hip soreness and stiffness and pain in my legs from sitting crossed legged too much. 😅 I've tried self massage, and rolling out, which helped a little. But the biggest difference was after doing this routine! I think the amount of time spent in the stretches really helps. Thank you, I'll be doing this one daily for a bit. 🙌😁

    This routine has been a game changer. I have shared this video a dozen times or more. I average 3000 miles a year running for the last 10 years. I started this routine about three years ago. I don’t do it every single day. However, I am still a regular doer. I have noticed a huge difference in my hip mobility as well as my racing times. In the last two years, I’ve set PRs in every distance from the 5K to the 100 mile ultra.

    These stretches relieved my lower back pain (most likely caused by tight muscles) after the first session. I do these every morning. Thanks....
