Ive come across alot of exercise videos but this one is by far the most simplest and effective at the same time. I work from home 9hours 6days a week so my lower body is completely stiff and as mentioned in this video this exercise is perfect for that situation. I have noticed everytime shortly after completing the exercise my lower back pain temporary disappears until later in the evening. This is why they have recommended doing one around when you wake up and one couple hours before bedtime. It works to perfection. This video has changed my life, thank you so much 🙏 ❤

This did my hip flexors SO GOOD after yesterday's glute workout! I loved the deep hip stretches towards the very end. I can already tell a difference with how much tension was released!

This stretch routine really works!!! My inner thighs and sciatic nerve was on fire! So much to were it was distracting. I worked out anyway hoping it would go away, but here it is day three and still in pain, so I decided to do this stretch routine. Guess what guys....my inner thigh muscles have loosened up and the pain is gone!!!! This is definately my go to stretch routine, it is a must have if you workout hard!!! Thanks Juice and Toya! I am 60 and am quite active in various sports like tennis, squash, cycling and motor biking. Lately I have been very tight on hips n legs after long trips to an extent that massage and rest wasn’t helping. I took up this stretching as a daily routine and after about a week, I am sooo relaxed. Ty to you both

Thanks! A runner/cyclist I’m on the slim side. Never stretched much and always limber. Until I got into my mid-50s. My hams got really tight, was effecting my hips. It took persistence and about a month but stuck with it and these stretches really worked. Do them every morning.

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

I am SHOCKED at how tight I am considering I run 3 miles a day several days a week. I also noticed that one side was much tighter than the other. I'm sure this video will help prevent an injury considering how tight I was. Thank you🎉

Recently started trowing some taekwondo kicks and realized how in flexible I am. I did this twice and the result is actually amazing. I couldn’t believe the progress on my form and how to didn’t hurt to try and thrown them with a straighter leg. Thanks
When I started using this video I could barely reach my knees. After a week of following this video daily I can almost touch my toes standing up straight leg. These stretches helped so much.

I have always been relaxed/ lazy when it comes to stretches (though it is very important). Even as a teacher who teaches simultaneously (in person and online) these lower body stretches this morning made a difference in the start to my day. My favorites were the last two stretches. I have seen many many videos for stretching for years but by far this is one of the best video I have ever seen to stretch your leg, glutes and hip!

Day 4 in the books! Definitely needed these stretches. I have remind myself to breathe, allows me to get deeper into the stretch. Stretching is such an under appreciated part of working out. 🧘♂️ But it's the key to keeping this old body young. Cya tomorrow! Cardio here I come! 🤪💯

Recently started trowing some taekwondo kicks and realized how in flexible I am. I did this twice and the result is actually amazing. I couldn’t believe the progress on my form and how to didn’t hurt to try and thrown them with a straighter leg. Thanks

When I started using this video I could barely reach my knees. After a week of following this video daily I can almost touch my toes standing up straight leg. These stretches helped so much.

I have always been relaxed/ lazy when it comes to stretches (though it is very important). Even as a teacher who teaches simultaneously (in person and online) these lower body stretches this morning made a difference in the start to my day. My favorites were the last two stretches.

This video was very helpful. I wanted to do some deeper stretches, before my workout, then the warm up the fitness app I use gives and I feel very loose and ready to lift.
