I am 62 and used to run track (waaaaayy back in high school 😂). I am a dog trainer so I am constantly moving all day. However I have noticed I’m really stiff in the morning and it was getting worse. So I found you (this video) on You Tube and I have been doing your “Morning stretch” routine for a few days and I must say from the 1st day I felt better and more energized!!! I was actually amazed how much more energy I have now!! I highly recommend these videos!! Thank you for posting! PLEASE don’t stop 😊

Jared, thank you! I’d been doing your 8 minute stretches for those not flexible for a week first thing in the morning, then, as if you read my mind, you released morning stretch. The only thing I miss are the bells to know when to change. Sometimes I am so deep into enjoyment of the stretch that I don’t listen as closely to your narrative as I should. Tone and tighten is the one exercise I look forward to, so thank you for creating these videos!

I do enjoy your real time follow along videos. But at times I don’t feel I get the full seconds time because of watching You and then starting.

I haven't tried the stretching exercises yet but as Im sitting here watching the video, I feel accomplished and relaxed from watching. Can't wait to do this when I'm at home

This has been very effective for me though the instructions could have been better by being clear with the number of set per routine like the "cat cow" position or the "w" stretch

Stretches are good but maybe allow more time on the video to get in and out of movements to get the most out of the stretch. I had to keep on pausing

My body’s are really down for 6months already. Not sure my depression was first or my body’s first. And I get afraid that I speedily go to the hell. And other exercises are too difficult and too burden. But this is the one I can do!!! Thanks for sharing.

Any recommendation for joints constantly popping? I workout quite a bit and do flexibility routines but I can just pop my points at will standing around

I've got a great video on shoulder joint popping here on my channel; in about a week I'm actually publishing one for knee join popping. Hope they help you!

Question, if I'm going to run, do I do these stretches and then the warmup?
