      Hi Tim. I really appreciate these 30 day challenges. Thank you for introducing me to yoga. But could you please keep the videos numbered? It helps me return to the challenge in the future. This was something I struggled with with your older challenges too, after a couple of days I lost track of where I was as RUclips marks the video as completed if I've already done it in the past.       ~ I started doing roughly 95% of this from what I was intuitively guided to do.
      ~ Another portion that I was shown to start was somatic yoga.
      ~ The combination of these two had helped me to open up my hips earlier this year. It allowed circulation to reach deeper into the body.
      ~ I'm still healing, but I honestly wouldn't be as far as I am without the yoga.🥰

    Since the pandemic, I've noticed a huge increase in the amount of online yoga and fitness. All I have to say is that Tim Senesi is an O.G. and a solid practitioner, funny guy, and comforting presence that means so much to me. Love from Croatia.

    Nice warm up flow Tim ! Especially, the last one which has stretched my "right square of the loins" (correct translation ?), always stiff after running. Short and efficient ! Thank you.

    I've constantly jumped from one yoga program & yoga yt instructor to another after a few days of tying theirs, and no one has ever entrapped me other than Tim. I thought he'd be like others, but the moment I started the 2022 30 day yoga program, I fell in love with your work, wit, and comforting presence, and I've grew fond of yoga even more.

    I had foot surgery 6 months ago and had to stop everything for threes mths…your yoga, walking, running of course….and then lazy took over. Gained 10 lbs, Thanksgiving came along, the Holidays, NYC trip food, food, food…. And here I am starting over. Thank you. Slowly but surely. Happy New Year. 🎈

    Have spared 20-30 minutes every day to take on the challenge. Since this one is at 11 minutes, I did it twice! Also saving it for future use, though.

    Thank you Thank you……Tim. I will call this miracle movements. I always had pain around my hip, couldn’t walk or stand properly. I did your mobility movements yesterday and it is surprisingly good. I am making it my routine

      I hope it helps! I’d recommend trying the hip mobility course i mention on the CMC so you can get to the root of the hip issue

    Morning, Tim! I’m sure this will look different in every body, and may depend on where we are hoping to most feel the opening, but can you go over the positioning for the 90 and 90? I feel I can make so many different arrangements of this. Thanks so much!

    These seem doable. Tim’s explanation, calmness and ease, and demonstration is wonderful. The only thing missing for me is to instruct viewer’s to move at positions that are comfortable and safe, to show or explain modifications for the position. Otherwise….. really well done and terrific.

    Fun little waker-upper-pupper routine - I particularly liked this version of the 90/90 stretch, which I'll incorporate as a variation in one of my usual routines. 🙌

    Love it! Just a little too fast for me.. to breath and focus and move, but fortunatly RUclips can slow down a little ahahah 0.75 speed is perfect for me!!

    I’ve been experiencing wrist pain from the flexion in plank etc and have been incorporating some wrist exercises. I would appreciate some of your insight into this, like how should we ground through our hands? And what are some good wrist strengthening moves? I’ve also practiced just pressing lighter through my hands and that helped. Kind of like when the instructor cues to land softly on your feet during high impact moves in a cardio class.

    😊 thank you Tim I'm just starting to do yoga again for 9 months I was dealing with herniated discs and I was told not to bend or twist and keep a neutral spine at all times so I stayed away from stretching out of fear I was going to hurt my back but that was bad advice my spine became even stiffer and out of fear it became spasmed anyway I know bending twisting and yoga is good for the spine even though you have herniated discs I'm improving in flexibility but I'm still having tightness and stiffness probably because the brain got used to all this pain and tightness and trying to protect me with stiffness and burning a lot of people have herniated discs but it doesn't mean they have to be so stiff and having spasms it's been a year so I don't think it's the herniations like I said I think it's the brain perceiving that it's in danger and it's trying to protect me with a tight spine but I'm keep on doing your yoga classes hoping this tightness and stiffness goes away

    I LOVE this routine but still not sure if I am setting up properly for the knee down, side lunge, elbows touch knee stretch. how far out to the side do I place the bent leg. is it 45 degrees or as far to the side as can go comfortably? thanks so much for any info on this anyone can provide 🥰
