I have been building mobility with this routine for going on three weeks. I do it every morning. The title of the email said, "Do this every day!" and I have! I can tell I am not only building mobility but strength as well! It's such a quick little workout with great benefit that it's easy to fit in on a busy morning. Thanks SO much, Tim! Four months out from shoulder surgery was able to do the whole flow with only minor modifications mostly for stiff knees. It felt wonderful. Will definitely do this one again to regain strength and mobility. Thank you

Hi Tim. When searching for a given day in the challenge, it would make it much easier to search for and find a given video, if all videos in the challenge would have the day nummer written FIRST thing in the title instead of in the end. As it is now we have to open up the the videos to be able to read the full title and find the number/the right day. And some classes (since they have been screed independently of the challenge earlier on), don’t even have numbers. It’s great with the emails, really great, but I just like to see the order in the playlist too as the overview in a playlist is easier than zapping through a lot of mails to recall where I’m at. So a list next year with the classes numbered 1-30 first thing in the video title would be super-great. Thanks. 🙏

Unfortunately I have to press pause and will have to do the last days of the challenge in a few week's time. I had a medical procedure on hand today and can't use it properly or put pressure on it for a while until it heals 😢. I've been told no sport or stress on it now after the operation until the surgeon gives me the go ahead. I'm bummed out but will finish the challenge when I can. Thank you Tim for this challenge this year it's been brilliant keeping up with you and everyone. It's been fab that it's been available in the morning across the time zone difference. Well done to all who complete the challenge. See y'all on the CMC some time. Best wishes from the UK. ❤
