I felt the same. I feel as if something really heavy was lifted from my soul. If you don't mind me asking, why is your heart broken? I was dismissed from a school I really liked because of an injustice. So the two last weeks of December are being a challenge. The worst part is I feel betrayed by someone I believed to be my friend. I am finding it hard to forgive the people involved. I hope these yoga practices can help because nothing else could up til now.
