    great dynamic video Tim! You can also encourage people to play this video at .75 speed instead of the normal speed if it feels too fast. This was the perfect speed for me and I've been doing your videos for over 2 years now. Thanks for all you do!

      Thank you David.I have been doing at that speed.it was too fast for me.though I feel I can do at Tim's speed,My body tells me otherwise.😁😁😁

    I freaking loved this flow - the slightly faster pace is more akin to my animal flow movements I'm used to, which allows me to not think too much. Although thinking too less isn't always a good thing. All things in moderation, including moderation.

    this is the best quick vid! Come back to it again and again when I don’t feel like doing Yoga…I think, Oh i can at LEAST do 25 minutes. And it always reminds me why I come back to the mat and makes the body and mind feel much better for it

    When I first started yoga and found your channel- you changed my life first time.

    I really enjoy the dynamic movement prior to class. This is something I’ve incorporated in my morning prior to spinning or weight training. It is great for beginning of yoga! Thanks Tim

    This was great. I loved how you added all categories of poses, including my most beloved triangle, headstands, plow and twists. Also, the final thoughts on how to be a witness and not grasping on thoughts: I wish it was easier for me, but I love a good reminder from time to time! Namaste

    Absolutely the best way to start the day. The calm voice over - was able to relax the mind and do some great stretches before a busy crazy day. I am in for the challenge. Have a great day! 25 - 40 minutes classes are perfect for mornings.

    That was AMAZING, Tim. The dynamic stretches revealed areas that I was holding tense. They gave me more access to, and a deeper awareness of, my body. It is fascinating how small changes to one's movement can lead to discovery and open up new areas to explore. Thank you!
