A good 6! Btw what a class Tim! I really enjoyed those movements not so usual. It's been funny but challenging too... I also appreciated the fact that this well rounded class is made for a good medium level! Waiting for more! Thanks 🙏🏻
Just what I needed thank you Tim. I give todays class about an 8 on the challenge-o-meter. I really set the intention of using controlled breathing while making sure the ribs stayed in and down. This really helped intensify the class. I believe I got out of it what you intended us to get out of it. Thank you so much!

Loved this practice - thank you! About a 5-6 or so for me, though a few months ago, it would have been higher, which means progress, especially on balancing poses and shoulder mobility. It's because of daily practice (including stretching), so thank you for that guidance and encouragement through your videos!

I’d say this would be a 6-7 a good amount of 😮💨😮💨 but not unachievable at all.
I felt zen coming back down and into corpse pose. I also really like when you have us open up our upper backs. As the months go by my difficult poses are getting better but by bit. 💪🏻

I've been practicing for most of my life, on and off, and have been doing daily for about 3 months.
This kicked my ass. I was surprised how well I did. 1-10 I'd put this at a 7. It was enjoyable, but my poor ankles were not prepared. I'm excited to come back to this in a couple of weeks and see if I can do it as smoothly as I would like.
