    This was the first Erin class I tried almost 1 year ago... I had to pause the class a lot and take child's pose alllooottt. Now I'm able to follow the class with no pauses. Every once in a while I do this flow to remind me where it all started. FROM my heart to yours Erin ❤️❤️❤️ from Kenya🇰🇪

    I appreciate the flow aspect of this but it really isn't for me. I prefer to have time to expand in the poses. There were several moments where the right hand-right/left knee instructions were confusing. But it's a great energizer!

    Beautiful flow but directions were somewhat confusing for me to follow because of the way you are facing. Maybe try videos that are at the side of your body, it was a little weird keeping track of directions watching the front of your head trying to keep up. Otherwise totally fun and a great work out!

      I was giving OK by Multiple specialty doctors to do Yoga. I suffer from multiple neurological issues from brain injuries and multiple respiratory issues from COPD, Serve Asthma, lung nodule blockage (I am Oxygen Dependent 50% of the time and anytime I do any form of physical activity).
      I take my Meclizine (for Vertigo) before a class but it does not help I have talked to Neurologist was told just to keep doing what I am doing.
      Can you suggest a class that is slower pace and can still help take off the weight?

    When you are wiping down your mat, are you using a special solution, or was it just water? I thought that was a good idea, and I've never stopped to do that before, but I was curious if it would make your mat too slippery for your feet. Thanks for this awesome workout! It felt really good to work up that sweat. :-)

    Hi this is my first time here. I have done some yoga before but I was not familiar with the terms that were not in English but picked up on what you were saying. In order to follow what you were doing in this wonderfully fast paced class, I move my laptop from the floor to the table. I improvised a few modifications for the balance poses. I will subscribe and check out your other videos, you are obviously highly proficient.

    Loved this practice! A lot of RUclips practices seem to be aimed at people who haven't done yoga before, with a lot of time spent on getting alignment right and explaining poses. I'll definitely love this practice it helps me to challenge myself and I learn something new everyday about my body even moments where I find myself being hard on myself and wanting to give up because I can't keep up or I can't deliver the way I expect to in my mind I have to remind myself to listen to my body and go at my own pace and be patient with myself so you my friend are truly a blessing keep up the great work I will definitely continue watching and practicing of course lol

    • @FiveParksYoga
      @FiveParksYoga  8 лет назад +1

      +Bianca Dort Thanks Bianca! I appreciate you taking the time to make a comment. So glad that you are being patient with yourself. Many of the classes I post are very challenging, so to have the ability, (in the midst of the pace and challenge), to slow yourself and stay connected is way more important than doing the postures. Kudos. Keep it up and don't give up on your yoga practice. Having practiced for so many years, it is interesting to look back over the years to see the evolution not just in my physical practice, but in my own perception of my experience with yoga. The changes you will witness in your "experience" of yoga will be much more profound than how your body might change over years of practice. Namaste.

    Not bad! I will add that the permission piece could be amped up a bit. It would help to make this class more accessible to everyone.
