Briohny's deep understanding of the physical aspects of yoga and of human anatomy allows her to give precise and detailed instructions that are hugely helpful to improving technique for practicioners of all levels. Her handstand tips in her other videos are brilliant. Love her warmth and sparkle too!
Briohny is such a great instructor! I love that she just gets right into the flow and doesn't give more instruction than is necessary. She also offers low-med-high intensity options for some of the poses, so you can tailor your practice according to your level/needs. My favorite thing about her as an instructor is, she is so encouraging and gives such sweet and gentle reminders that it's okay to not be graceful sometimes, that some poses are challenging and that's okay, and to give yourself credit for just being on the mat. All elements of a fabulous instructor!
This sequence is great but what I loved the most was her teaching style, personaly I enjoy a lot the words of encourage and also reminded to breathe :)

I almost backed out of this video when she mentioned it would be level 2-3, but I'm so glad I didn't. For the first time while back bending, I was able to pick my head up off the ground. I haven't been able to do that since I was a kid. I immediately broke down after because I couldn't believe it. This is my first time during yoga that I've experienced noticeable progression in a pose and I am filled with so much gratitude. Thank you Briohny for this practice!

This was such a hard practice for me. I'm just getting back to Yoga after a really long time of not doing it. I do feel energized now but I have so much difficulty doing inversions. Doing the hops I just feel like an elephant, I don't get very high and I don't land gracefully like her, at all. I do love how she keeps motivating me and telling me to breathe and I definitely am motivated to do this practice again to get better at it. Thank you!

This practice was absolutely amazing. So many different exercises, and very original ! I loved the handstand kicks and a few others that I had never tried, it’s challenging but it makes me want to repeat this flow over and over again until I master all of it ! Thank you so much ! ❤️
Update : 2nd try of the practice and I managed to hold a handstand for ~3 seconds !! It has been my goal for so long 🥳 AND I (kind of) managed to lift into an inversion (on the head from a wild leg forward fall).
One of the best classes I've ever done -- live or streamed. I am also an instructor, and the way Briohny explains correct form is fabulous. LOVE IT!
Bri this class is amazing, it is a true intermediate yoga class, and what I love about your teaching is that even though you are advanced in your yoga practice you never make anyone taking your class feel less than. you admit when a pose is hard or challenging even for you which in turn encourages me to keep pushing myself. you never make anyone feel 'less than' for not being as advanced as you are. you have a beautiful practice and i appreciate you sharing it

Such a great flow! Got sweaty and landed on my back a couple times trying to do a handstand, but I learned so much and feel great.
It's amazing how Bri can keep her composure while doing this flow and still be so informative 🤩🥰🙌🏻
I am so happy I found this workout - probably one of my favourite yoga practices in a long time. Briohny did a phenomenal job detailing all the moves to make it so much fuller! I am motivated to work on handstands now :) I would like more instructions on how to jump back to a plank from the crow post tho!

2.7.22: i had enough sleep and wakeup with the mind to do yoga. I decided to try long flow and choose Briohny. It is challenging. I tried to follow. Still unable to jump from crow. I feel good overall. Energizing. And i thank myself for doing something good to myself. Thanks for this practice , Briohny 🙏🏼

This was a challege but loved it! Your voice is nice and i like the way you talk about the alignment. Ive been practising yoga for over 10years and usually do minimal cues but this is what i needed. Also i love the technique to get into hand stand. This pose is something ive always wanted to acomplish so Ill practise again 😊
Briohny, I love love LOVE your way of teaching! Never needing to look at the screen due to your amazing way of vocalising every step, in the perfect rhythm of the breath, so we don't need to hold in the breath waiting for instructions. I'm so happy I found your online yoga classes 💛🌻🙏🏼

I am a huge fan of Bri, this flow is a really doable flow for most without challenging handstands or hyperflexible poses most people can't do.

Lover herrrr. What a powerful class! I did 15 minutes of gentle yoga before this to open up a bit and an extended savasana after. It was everything I didn't know I needed.
wow wow wow! I'm only at 15 minutes but I just did crow pose for the first time in my life! The real crow pose! Not the one where you have your knees pointing outwards. I'm so excited!!! Okay *deep breath*, I'm all zen now and will continue my practice.

I DID THE CROW POSE !!!! Soo happy n shook at how cool that felt lol. I had tried last week for the first time in another video & busted my shii but this time it was so natural, it didn’t hurt and I was able to position mycelph really well!! This class had me shakin n I lovedddd itt 🌟🫶🏽🌱

Briohny, your way of leading through the positions and describing positioning is so clear, helpful, and even-paced. I loved the pacing here. Even when it picked up, I was able to understand clearly and keep following along. Thank you!
For the handstand kicks, I love how a simple perspective change can make all the difference: Focus on your hips coming over the shoulders. Voila
And when she said look between your wrists not between your hands!
This is my second time doing this flow and it is already one of my favorites. Just the right length of time and difficulty and Briohny is a great instructor. Look forward to exploring more.
