The difficulty is perfect and it really helps me gauge my progress as I move through other videos but then return to this one every so often. Recently I've felt like I hit a rut but doing this one today and being surprised by my own capacity has reenergized me and made me proud of what I continue committing to. So grateful for Kassandra!!!!!
Loving the longer intermediate classes!! This one was great, couldn't do a few of the poses but I know I'll work up to that level of strength. I started out with your 10 minute beginner classes and have made it all the way to doing classes like this!
I curse myself halfway through any kind of yoga class but I have severe arthritis (knees, shoulders, hips) so know it’s use it or lose it. If I don’t practice every day, I may not be able to walk downstairs in the morning. So I grumble and move😊
@@dionegbama I do too: great toe, knees, back, hips (both replaced) elbow, shoulder, neck. Consider the Keto way of eating. It reduced my inflammation to almost nothing. I haven't felt this good in decades.

I have been kind of taking it a little easier with my yoga lately, and doing more gentle practices (dealing with some health/pain issues) But I saw this on my notifications today, and I felt up to it. It was really enjoyable, and though I did have to modify some of the poses, I still felt a great challenge! Thank you Kassandra, for a lovely class as always!

I usually do your 30 min yoga workouts but now and then I challenge myself to 45 min. I loved this one! Some parts were hard but I got through and listened to my body as you always suggest. We are what we are and we're so much better off learning to embrace it and working with what we have. I find that I make progress a lot faster that way too." Thank you for saying that!! It really resonated with me and opened my eyes to how harshly I sometimes judge myself and don't even realize it. There's already so much resistance from outside forces, so I've just been making my life harder by also going against myself. By accepting myself in that moment, I was able to release that toxicity for the rest of the practice and fully embrace where I was at, even though I'm not where I want to be yet. I'll definitely be putting this into practice in other situations!
That was different than expected, enjoyed class more than I realized I would. And taken in by what you said about non judgement as during that , I had been thinking about what to do with regards to going out, or embracing my body and restoring before I go out. Thank you
