I have two questions. When I try to sit up straight it is incredibly painful and very difficult to keep my spine straight during a pose. My back is more comfortable slouched. Do you have any recommendations on how to address that? Also my hips and hamstrings have become VERY tight over the past couple months to the point that movement is difficult. Stretching even a little bit is ridiculously hard; downward dog has me screaming. I've done the 15 min morning yoga videos for 2 weeks with no improvement, will it get better as I keep doing it?

I'm on day 17 in 75 Hard doing 45 minutes of Kassandra daily. It's the first time I've 'stuck' with Yoga. Thank you Kassandra! I didn't know how much I needed you. (I am 68 and a burned out nurse practitioner.)
I didnt cry but i feel so calm and like all tension is gone. Didn't expect it cause it was my first time ever doing yoga and I kinda sucked at first lol. I'ma keep at it this. 😁❤

I second that! I am a key worker and during pandemic stress level went over the top due to the long hours and enormous physical and mental pressure. Discovering you is a blessing and a lifeline. I started crying during the last deep stretch pose, not sure where that came from but it obviously needed to come out. I do one of your videos every day and I'm so grateful Kassandra, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
They say that the psoas is a ”muscle of the soul” which causes to accumulate anxiety and sorrow and it releases when relaxed. I’ve once also cried during a Kassandra’s yin practice and I think it was because of the psoas giving up.
Its like were on the same wave length....If I could of requested a video that I was looking for this was EXACTLY what I was looking for this morning at 530am ☺ 😍
I've been very frustrated and sad these last couple of days and after this flow I was able to let go of some of that frustration and sadness. I feel much better now, thank you for this flow! 💗
I do pretty intense lifting worktouts during the week and I keep visiting this particular flow on the weekend because it's such a thorough encompassing stretch session, I absolutely love it.
