Oh my! Although this is a great class for beginners, as a former yoga teacher, I honestly could do it every day! The hips flexors are such an important part of relieving lower back and hip pain. It is wonderful that you hit all areas, both inner and outer. The little adaptations to the poses really help take them to the edge which I appreciate! I feel so open after the video. I have been doing this yoga for a whole week straight not missing a single minute and i immediately feel the difference in my lower back and hips, my tension, pain reduced at least by 40% and my stretches get deeper everyday. Love it

This is the best video and set of poses for stretching out my very tight hips, hamstrings, psoas and lower back. I'm 59 and have arthritis in my left hip and I can do this with a few modifications and I feel so much better afterwards. I go from waking up and being so tight I can hardly move to feeling "lubricated". Thank you!

I've been doing a LOT of physical therapy for my low back and complaining my hips were killing me, so they had me stand against a wall and to stretch my hip away from the wall. It wasn't very effective. This video gets me stretching in all the right places. Best low back and hip stretches I've ever done. I'll be doing this daily. Thank you!

Again and again -one of the best slow flow lower back practices ever. For any kind of lower back issues, in the morning (when lower back problems at their peak for me), during the day or in the evening this practice always helps to get rid of lower back pain. I've been doing a LOT of physical therapy for my low back and complaining my hips were killing me, so they had me stand against a wall and to stretch my hip away from the wall. It wasn't very effective. This video gets me stretching in all the right places. Best low back and hip stretches I've ever done. I'll be doing this daily. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this practice!! I don’t have back and hip pain until a few days ago. Nothing was helping and it was getting worse. I was not able to work and almost in tears. I did this practice a couple in a row and my pain has almost completely resolved. Can not say thank you enough.
