      I like these slow felixibility classes too! It's a lot of hips, though, for my taste. I would like to request more abs and upper body classes (you have some great ones already) if not, that's totally fine. Thanks to you I have the nicest legs of anyone in my family 😃

    I just wanted to say to you Kassandra, that every time I get to your yoga practices and it says "Intermediate" my first thought is.. "maybe not for me", but all of them have become accomplishable and enjoyable for me and the best part is - I've learned pretty much everything in yoga from you over the past year. So what you said in the end 2020 in the message to us - you are right, yoga does work. Free yoga on the internet does work! Sending you so much love and gratitude!

      So true, used to have hip problems, cramping, grinding of my joints, and not only do I not have any of these anymore I can do the splits!

    After close to 20 years of on and off practicing, finally someone said, your shin doesn't have to be parallel to the mat :) Thank you for this Kassandra ! I am reading a book Your Body,Your Yoga and see how many things we were told by several instructors were very rigid and we ended with injury. I love the way you teach, your cues are "the" best. Please keep doing what have you been doing. Thank you

      Instructors (myself included) mean well when we give alignment cues but it's very hard for instructions to apply to every single body! I love that book :)

      I was going to write the same comment.. After 10 years of practising this is the first time I heard your shin does not have to be parallel to the mat!!! Mine will be never be for sure :)

      I came here to write the same thing! it has been so frustrating to never have the shin parallel to the edge of the mat and finally someone said it doesn't have to be... while doing it perfectly, though...

I really like these classes , are good for joints and mobility I feel so good can only manage to do beginners hopping to be continue as long as I can. thank you so much for all your valuable work out. 💐

    I love 30 minute morning classes. This was great! I struggle with holding my breath thanks to anxiety, so i personally LOVE the breathing reminders. Awesome class, thank you so much Kassandra.

    I love how gentle you are with your instructions. I don’t feel pressured to actually get the pose the first time. Because of this I attempted the pigeon pose, and held a modified version. That’s my win for today and reminded me to try things in life even if they look hard or even if I failed in the past! Namaste 🙏🏾

    As a runner, I have searched high and low for hip/hamstring yoga practices that really get into the places I need them to but also focus on the breath and really feel like yoga. This was one of the absolute best that I have found- thank you so much! I love the explanation of pulling forward from your lower back, as well. I feel so good all over!

    Kassandra, I am a woman in my 50s, started with your online free 30 day, 10 minute yoga and 5 minute meditation back last March.     Kassandra - I cannot thank you enough for all your yoga videos! You have been a lifesaver during this pandemic by helping me relax my neck muscles from my herniated disc and helping the pain from my stubbornly tight hip flexors. I am definitely starting to do yoga more after a stressful day to calm down as well. Your calm nature and thorough explanations of how to do some of the poses is greatly appreciated by us yoga newbies!! 🙏🏻Namaste 😊

    slow flow flexibility class, soooo good. Thanks for a 30 min flow too. I'll be doing this one over and over. I'm also thrilled that I could do the half Hero pose, I thought my bad knees wouldn't let me but this was actually very gentle and satisfying. Namasté from Spain.

    I’m a weightlifter and do CrossFit five days a week, and I LOVE your videos! They help me have better mobility and joint stability. My CrossFit gym has started to incorporate more yoga into our stretches. And when I first started lifting I was surprised at how many weightlifters and CrossFiters not only practice yoga but LOVE yoga. And I attribute my regular practice of your videos to me being able to lift heavy 💪🏻💪🏻

    I almost never miss any video you post and keep doing some over and over again since the beginning of the pandemic. I am thankful for your videos because you're the only one who truly make me feel like my body is enough as is to practice yoga. I don't have to be a supermodel looking yogi or do every difficult pose and it's OK!
    Even my husband keeps saying, she's the best out there!

    Hi Kassandra, I love this deep stretch flow in the morning in the days I train legs in the gym. It makes such a difference. I would love to see a week series of yoga practice for deep stretch and mobility for like, quads, glutes+ hamstrings, chest + shoulder + triceps, back+biceps 😁. Since I started doing yoga to open and stretch the body together with strength training I could see a lot of improvement in both practices. I am also completing 2 years of yoga with kassandra this month 🎉❤️😊. Your yoga flows changed my life, my body and my mind. Forever grateful 🙌. Thank you Kassandra. 😘

    I’m 60, an infrequent runner trying to get my frequency back up, and I sit too long working at home. Your 30-min hip opener routine is very good for me. I slow it down to make it last longer and more intense.

    Thank you for entering into a pose, giving permission to stay there, and then going into the modification. As a beginner I felt I was getting the full benefit of your class without the additional rotations.

    I am 67 with arthritis in my left inner hip these have been very beneficial I’m just trying to stave off any hip surgery as long as possible by staying flexible. I certainly know how to strengthen my glutes because I’m a personal trainer but I love doing your morning stretches. I especially love the cute you give what you’re right on.

    I'm literally obsessed with your videos! I've been starting every morning with one of your yoga practices and It made a huge difference in my mood and productivity throughout the day. What I mostly love about your videos is that there's lots of focus on the breath and on really stretching the whole body at the same time, and the moves are challenging but not to the point where I can't hold them like I've experienced on other channels, where the moves are either too hard or there's not enough focus on the breath. Looking forward to increasing my flexibility with these ones as well. Sending you all the love
