"maybe not for me", but all of them have become accomplishable and enjoyable for me and the best part is - I've learned pretty much everything in yoga from you over the past year. I am reading a book Your Body,Your Yoga and see how many things we were told by several instructors were very rigid and we ended with injury. I love the way you teach, your cues are "the" best. Please keep doing what have you been doing. Thank you
Instructors (myself included) mean well when we give alignment cues but it's very hard for instructions to apply to every single body! I love that book :)

I love how gentle you are with your instructions. I don’t feel pressured to actually get the pose the first time. Because of this I attempted the pigeon pose, and held a modified version. That’s my win for today and reminded me to try things in life even if they look hard or even if I failed in the past! Namaste 🙏🏾
As a runner, I have searched high and low for hip/hamstring yoga practices that really get into the places I need them to but also focus on the breath and really feel like yoga. slow flow flexibility class, soooo good. Thanks for a 30 min flow too. I'll be doing this one over and over. I'm also thrilled that I could do the half Hero pose, I thought my bad knees wouldn't let me but this was actually very gentle and satisfying. Namasté from Spain.
I’m a weightlifter and do CrossFit five days a week, and I LOVE your videos! They help me have better mobility and joint stability. My CrossFit gym has started to incorporate more yoga into our stretches. And when I first started lifting I was surprised at how many weightlifters and CrossFiters not only practice yoga but LOVE yoga. And I attribute my regular practice of your videos to me being able to lift heavy 💪🏻💪🏻
I almost never miss any video you post and keep doing some over and over again since the beginning of the pandemic. I am thankful for your videos because you're the only one who truly make me feel like my body is enough as is to practice yoga. I don't have to be a supermodel looking yogi or do every difficult pose and it's OK! Even my husband keeps saying, she's the best out there!

Hi Kassandra, I love this deep stretch flow in the morning in the days I train legs in the gym. It makes such a difference. I would love to see a week series of yoga practice for deep stretch and mobility for like, quads, glutes+ hamstrings, chest + shoulder + triceps, back+biceps 😁. Since I started doing yoga to open and stretch the body together with strength training I could see a lot of improvement in both practices. I am 67 with arthritis in my left inner hip these have been very beneficial I’m just trying to stave off any hip surgery as long as possible by staying flexible. I certainly know how to strengthen my glutes because I’m a personal trainer but I love doing your morning stretches. I especially love the cute you give what you’re right on.

I'm literally obsessed with your videos! I've been starting every morning with one of your yoga practices and It made a huge difference in my mood and productivity throughout the day. What I mostly love about your videos is that there's lots of focus on the breath and on really stretching the whole body at the same time, and the moves are challenging but not to the point where I can't hold them like I've experienced on other channels, where the moves are either too hard or there's not enough focus on the breath.
