Kassandra... that threat the needle movement with pigeon pose is something I’ve never seen elsewhere and I just LOVED this pose. I feel like you opened something in my body! When you said “grab your heel” I was literally like “What?” then my hand touched my heel and it felt like a revelation hahahahaha Just wanted to express my gratitude for all your flows... you are the one I go towards when I look for something sweet and stretchy... love your voice, your words. The title of this practice is a misnomer. Yes, great flexibility work, but don't be fooled; this is a great total body workout. Heart rate up with standing splits and pyramid squats, camel challenge, and yes, GREAT stretches. I know I say this a lot, Kassandra, but this is one of your best and my favorites!

🙋🏻♀️ Since following Kassandra’s excellent yoga instruction I can not only touch my toes for the first time in 58 years (now 59) I feel great and have way more energy/flexibility than the 20 year olds I work with 😊 I’ve also been told by my gym instructor I’ve noticeably improved! Brilliant yoga 🧘♀️ instructor & a pleasure to follow. 👍🏻

I like it that you show practices from at home. Because a lot of us do not have a separate practice space for ourselves at home. It just shows that a regular practice is still possible snd does not depend on a spacious fancy yoga studio.

So basically this is one of the yogi s to follow on youtube. Her stuff always makes you feel good and its a perfect intro to intermediate.... Its actually great for all levels, and is especially good because Kassandra isnt annoying. Some of you Will know what I mean. The only other youtube yoga I do is Travis Elliot and on occasion Ill do some random Kundalini video though I havent quite found an instructor I love there are a couple I do like a lot. Thank you Kassandra for being just what I need whether its bedtime stretch, no props yin, vinyassa or spicy abs (which is one of my favorites because it doesnt feel like youre doing anything until the next day when you feel it) it may be called spicy core idk either way its spicy

Wasn't able to fully do the thread the needle while in pigeon pose, but it still felt good. This was the first time I ever saw this combination pose. Definitely will continue to try this video. Thank you.
After using about a dozen or more of your classes, I have become a devotee. The sequences flows are creative and seamless; the instruction is clear, straightforward, and understandable, with options to make postures more or less intense; and your presentation is gentle. I love what you have to offer. If you haven't already done it, I would love a class that incorporates both flexibility and balance - 1/2 hour, 45 minutes, or an hour - or all of the above. So grateful.

What a great stretch! You somehow use my favorite poses for the right amount of time and difficulty. I love your channel! This was the first time I noticed that you didn’t mirror the viewer. Maybe it’s because the other videos I’ve viewed you’ve been on a profile? It is helpful for me if you mirror me, because your tips are so helpful to deepen poses etc that I sometimes get confused if it’s not a mirror of me. Regardless, you’re my favorite yoga channel by far! Thanks so much!

The pigeon with the extra twist was new for me and a bit challenging. Something to work on improving. 😊

Wow, that pigeon variation is really something! I was able to do it on one side but not the other.
I think I have done this practice over 20 times now and each time it feels different and always better❤
