    Hey yogis, this week I'm bringing you a 45 minute intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class meant to help you increase your overall flexibility. There will be a special focus on stretching our hips, hamstrings, glutes and quads. This is a dynamic and fun vinyasa flow yoga class and no props are required.
    This is a true intermediate practice so you can expect a few challenging poses but we move slowly through the sequence to make it more accessible. There will be a mix of static and dynamic stretching. We'll begin lying down before making our way into some standing hip openers.

      Kassandra 😌 could you please make a video showing modifications & replacements for common yoga poses & stretches for pregnant women? Appropriate for first trimester, as separate from second and third... That way your pregnant followers can still enjoy your awesome classes. ☺️ 🙏🏾

      May, I am so happy for you to start yoga at this age. I have 2 daughters. They’re teenagers. I tried to ask them to do yoga but they refused. I also wish I had discovered yoga earlier. Keep up the good work!

    It's always helpful when you explain what muscles are at work when doing asanas. It's also helpful when you advise to make sure that we are not leaning to one limb or that our jaw is not clenched. I found those explanations and reminders really useful. You appear to be very caring. Thank you for your dedication, Kassandra.

    This was wonderful. I loved the transitions from one pose to another. I loved the background music- helped to focus , not distracting at all. My hips feel great! I will be coming back to this one many times.

    Hi Kassandra, it seems no matter which yoga session I pick from your channel, it's always just what I need. Sometimes I search through your playlists and other times, I just pick what pops up first on my screen - today was one of those days. I have never been flexible, not even as a child, but with your guidance and encouraging words, I find I let go of the need to push further and am pleasantly surprised to see results - I love how affirming you are to everyone letting us know that it's okay to have bent knees, or modify.     Good Evening, I was an intermediate yogi with tight hips and hamstrings, but after an emergency major operation 2 years ago they have become tighter due to long bed rest with minimal excercises. I do regular stretches/various different classes as I am working from home and sitting longer hours than when I am in the office. As well as this class I have done your 20 min Yoga Stretch for Hips and Hamstrings hoping some form of flexibility whilst in my twilight years. 😊

    I am grateful to u Kassandra. This yoga session really helped with my lower back pain caused by a fall from kick boxing 14 years ago. It has been hurting again because I fell down from a head stand and hit the wound again. After practising this session, I no longer feel the lower back pain every morning. TBH, I prefer energetic vinyasa, this session is too slow for me. I like fast pace but I know this is what my body needs now. Thank you!

    Ill be doing this one in about an hour. I’m a 67 year old female, slightly overweight and started doing your videos about 18 months ago usually every day. There are some moves I just can’t do and some that I modify so that I can. If for some reason I have to miss a day I feel like a part of my day is missing. So enjoy your videos and the impact they have made on my life.

    I was not a yoga person before quarantine. Two months into the quarantine, I found myself sitting for longer hours even though I still work out, and my back and my overall muscles feel really tight and I feel crappy everyday. Found your 10min morning yogas and made that in my morning wakeup routine, now I was attracted to your longer sessions to do in the afternoon or immediately after work, and I have to say this is AWESOME! Thank you so much for posing great yoga videos for someone completely unfamiliar with yoga to follow through without too much difficulties!

    Your videos are so helpful to me because I have practiced for years, and have some challenges in my body ( mostly because of my age, my profession ( nurse) and years as a runner). The flows are comprehensive and well thought out, and I modify where I have to, but finish the class with a deep sense of completeness, body and spirit.

    I have now done this set 3 times and I can really feel the changes. They are subtle but great. My upper and lower back takes longer to be bothered by the normal day. I plan on doing this at least more than once a week for the next few weeks at least. I also really enjoy the 10min morning yoga. Thank you Kassandra

I have been following you for 4 or 5 years and I honestly cannot imagine my life without your wonderful yoga practices not being a consistent part of my self care. This video I just stumbled upon today and it was perfect for what has been going on in my body currently which is having exceptionally tight hamstrings .     Im sharing this because it might help other new recruits to Kassandra. Since lockdown I've regained my love of vinyasa through this channel starting with the 30 day challenge. I had a very young hysterectomy after both my children were born naturally with no drugs. I completely lost my libido I mean completely which was weird for me as I had a very passionate loving relationship with my husband. These sacral practices have regained my love of that connection and embrace the feminine. Thats down to Kassandra. 🙏🌸✨🙌 Thank you

    I've done this practice two days in a row and it is already a solid favourite of mine. Due to hypermobility, dyspraxia, and my job, I get a lot of pain and stiffness, especially along my ribs, in my hips, and in my hamstrings so all the wonderful twists and stretches in this practice are perfect for returning me to feeling somewhat human.
    My friend and I did this practise in our garden yesterday evening and it was such a perfect way to stretch out and unwind after a long day. Thank you so much for doing this lesson! Will be doing it again soon and looking through some of your other longer lessons as well. Namaste! 🙏🏻

    I got into yoga via your 30 day morning challenge during lockdown. I love your classes and now do them both to workout and to re-centre,. They also help with a problem I have with my sacreoliitic joint. Thank you so much for producing such great content.

    I am a beginner in yoga and i have done all your video that is about 30 days challenge . After that i have been also doing you other videos that include flexibility and stretching .Now I want to do yoga on the daily basis .So, could you suggest me 1 video that i can do on the daily morning basis. It would be very helpful to me.
    And for you I would suggest that if you make more videos like halasana and chakarasana , that would be better for us to learn more and go deep inside in these yoga poses.

    Thank you Kassandra. Today I was supposed to have off from exercise. But my body feels so stiff and I don't want to do HIIT exercise so I take up this practice. I feel SO RELAXED and ready to resume my activities.
