Hey Edyth, your feelings are totally valid. A soul that feels empty or is pained is such a tough thing. One thing that I take comfort in is that in order to extract the goodness from an olive, let’s say olive oil, it first has to be crushed. Oftentimes it can feel like a giant boulder crushing your heart, but I would encourage you to seek Jesus. It may sound weird, but when He enters Your heart that boulder dissolves. I felt so isolated, and I truly was. He’s changed that, and He’s done it for many, many countless others. I hope you take encouragement from this and know there’s no condemnation whatsoever. I was doing a gratitude meditation and this came on afterwards and I immediately felt a wash of calm and peace come over me, I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything so beautifully soothing. I’m going through a divorce after 30 years with a narcissist and I’ve had a hard time letting myself cry or feel like there is anyone actually kind out there and as I’m reading the uplifting comments I am crying tears of of release and joy so thank all of you. 🙏🏻 If you’re struggling with something similar know that it gets better and you will find yourself and your place in the world again.❤

Before one looks for love, one must first learn they are WORTHY of their own love first. I highly recommend the book “You Are A Badass” by Jen Sincero. I have been in your situation in the first week of quarantine..and everything changed when I started to do exercise, yoga and meditation EVERY DAY!! I suggest to start going to the gym, even if don't feel to! Do yoga with adriene, she is amazing, follow her playlosts. And search for guides meditations about anxiety, calm, mimdfulness etc... Do thia everyday and you will see after 1 week you will be different 😁
I also have taken 2-3 tines herbafit kapi 3. It's a bio supplement. I have taken 20 drops in a spoon of water (soup spoon)

How have I never heard hand-pan music before and why isn't it more popular?
I felt like my brain was going to explode with all the thinking I knew I needed to do to make my life better, to move past my current mental pain already. I wanted to be alone because I've been drained from socialization but I wasn't recovering fast enough and I genuinely despised being human... I tried brown noise but it didn't make the feeling go away, and it wasn't stimulating enough either, my mind was still screaming for release. But this... This helps so much. I almost cried. I think I'll let myself cry if I listen for long enough. Beautiful playing, too. Reminds me a bit of Minecraft music. Thank you for the comfort today. I can finally journal now.

I'm going through it right now. A lot of 'it' and it seems like something new blows up in my face each day. This music, and a lot of your other work, really helps to calm me. There is so much adversity in my life, but in these moments I can try to relax, understand that peace comes from within. I can't ignore the external factors though, as ignoring your problems does not make them go away, but instead I need to remember that external factors should not control my inner peace.

Hi dearest soul, the sun is actually getting closer to Northern Hemisphere. It is the tilt in the earth axis that causes the seasons, cq winter. As we now tilt more and more away from the sun. Maybe it can be a metaphor for life, that all is not what it appears to be. And that in the end we create our own destiny by the position we take. Much love and care! ❤❤❤
