I work part time in a residence for people with behavioral and psychological disturbances. On one day I came in and the noise level was loud and chaotic, behavior matched it. I’m not a crier***. I watched this because I smiled 😊when I realized I was looking at a collaboration with these two healers. I began listening as I lay in bed in the dark. I didn’t say the mantra because I don’t know it, this is my first time ever hearing about it. I just listened and breathed while I laid there, expecting to fall pleasantly asleep in the process. I first was surprised to find myself thinking of how can I can be of service to others when I spend most of my time on myself, on self-improvement, spiritual and mental. I then wondered what made me a “loner”, not in a negative sense, I’m just really conscious of who I am around. Then my thoughts drifted to this… I began wondering how could someone be mean to a baby. I remembered something I saw and heard a friend say to a little newborn that was so mean, I was shocked. The thought of that memory made me a little emotional. I was asking myself Why was I on the verge of tears…remember, I am Not a crier. I then had a memory of someone doing the same thing to me as a “new” little one . The thought really hurt me. A voice then asked “Do you forgive them”? Oh wow, I said to myself (as I was still in the how-could they… I remembered not words but the Feeling of hate and resentment towards me. That got the water works flowing. I then realized that I, in order for me to remove that which (I questioned what was holding me back) I had to “let it go” for my own healing. After I minute or so, I said aloud “I let it go to save myself. I forgive them as I forgive myself”…I knew I had to forgive and be at peace with it to be a step close to loving others to be of service to anyone (the way I feel I should be yet can’t seem to)… ***I only post this because someone else may have the same experience of release and I want them to know they are not alone… Peace to you fellow Earth traveler 🌻

I had a moment of anger today that completely through me off. I sat outside with my feet in the grass while listening to this and I just started crying. 😢 As I closed my eyes, I could feel the anger leaving me. When I opened them, a butterfly sat right in front of me and stayed with me until I got up. This is magical. Thank you so much. ❤🦋
I too had a similar experience of release while listening to this. I saw the video had been posted and I tuned it in, expecting to fall gently asleep while I listened to it. I experienced a surprise release of past trauma and emotions!!! Also, years ago while I sat outside on my porch contemplating life, a dragonfly landed on my right knee and sat there for what felt like 2 hours! I was mesmerized by this dragonfly. I studied his wings, his beautiful color, and I sat there thinking about various aspects of my life. I didn’t move my body the whole time, only my head from time to time. After a while, I was ready to move yet didn’t want to disturb out interrupt this moment in time (my butt was falling asleep, my bent knees needed to be stretched out). It was like the dragonfly knew I was ready to move. He kind of fluttered a bit, turned to look at me, then took flight. It was a beautiful experience. I’m glad you had these experiences too🥰🤗🌺
There was a squirrel climbed up a tree next to my window and stared at me for hours as I played my video game I stared back and I could feel it wasn't going to leave that spot until I was ready for it leave kids were playing outside the squirrel still stayed still staring at me. That moment let me know animals can feel our inner emotions.
This song has upgraded my frequency. Ive been listening to it faithfully for over 30 days 2x a day . Ive also experienced an outpouring of love from strangers and my family and friends. For those who may not know, this is a very, very tranquil technique vastly used for meditative properties, enhancing expansion with each breath, and release through each vowel. I have sang and harmonized these beautiful rhythms of Mantra, Om, my entire life. I am very connected with children, and have many around me, who always beg me to sing! These sacred singings of trancing with and through meditative states of repetition, and repetitious melody, are used to create awareness of each trance you are forming for yourself, through Mantra and so on. These melodic states are created in forms of chanting, humming, and soprano melodies with corresponding harmonies of our full audible spectrum; in which all are in aspect of awareness for the entire body. This very angelic and specific technique of rhythmic singing, resembling the flute, is widely used in Native American melodic chants and harmony. And some may perform strophic or sectional forms with shorter or longer interwoven melodic motifs. This again is used to ascend into trance. Singing with wide or narrow ranges and registers of each audible spectrum of frequency, the faster, yet calmer, you will begin to fall into your meditative state; especially beginning at low registered frequencies. With every vowel such as ‘Om’, ‘Am’, each rhythmic vibration used to create that very frequency, is opening aspects/areas of your body and mind that may have once been stagnant, or residing in little flow of your Centres. I lost my mother to a deadly disease - pulmonary fibrosis few months back. I did everything i could to save her. I tried everything, but the struggle was horrible, she even struggled to breathe with oxygen support for 3 months in hospital, those days were so traumatizing to see her in pain and also to face my fears of losing her. This is the only music which made me feel deeply connected with her. It felt like she is hugging me deeply in space. I couldn't control the surge of emotions. How it could be so beautiful ? I'm in a deep anxiety state and depression since 3 years and it was the worst of my life. This feeling is eating me every day, even if I try my best to fight/accept it. And how western science is just now discovering much of what the Rishis discovered so long ago. I study Tibetan Buddhism but it's all basically Hinduism anyway. I work part time in a residence for people with behavioral and psychological disturbances. On one day I came in and the noise level was loud and chaotic, behavior matched it. I’m not a crier***. I watched this because I smiled 😊when I realized I was looking at a collaboration with these two healers. I began listening as I lay in bed in the dark. I didn’t say the mantra because I don’t know it, this is my first time ever hearing about it. I just listened and breathed while I laid there, expecting to fall pleasantly asleep in the process.
I first was surprised to find myself thinking of how can I can be of service to others when I spend most of my time on myself, on self-improvement, spiritual and mental. I then wondered what made me a “loner”, not in a negative sense, I’m just really conscious of who I am around. Then my thoughts drifted to this…
I began wondering how could someone be mean to a baby. I remembered something I saw and heard a friend say to a little newborn that was so mean, I was shocked. The thought of that memory made me a little emotional. I was asking myself Why was I on the verge of tears…remember, I am Not a crier. I then had a memory of someone doing the same thing to me as a “new” little one . The thought really hurt me. A voice then asked “Do you forgive them”? Oh wow, I said to myself (as I was still in the how-could they…
I remembered not words but the Feeling of hate and resentment towards me. That got the water works flowing. I then realized that I, in order for me to remove that which (I questioned what was holding me back) I had to “let it go” for my own healing.
After I minute or so, I said aloud “I let it go to save myself. I forgive them as I forgive myself”…I knew I had to forgive and be at peace with it to be a step close to loving others to be of service to anyone (the way I feel I should be yet can’t seem to)…
***I only post this because someone else may have the same experience of release and I want them to know they are not alone…

I had a moment of anger today that completely through me off. I sat outside with my feet in the grass while listening to this and I just started crying. 😢 As I closed my eyes, I could feel the anger leaving me. I too had a similar experience of release while listening to this. I saw the video had been posted and I tuned it in, expecting to fall gently asleep while I listened to it. I experienced a surprise release of past trauma and emotions!!!
Also, years ago while I sat outside on my porch contemplating life, a dragonfly landed on my right knee and sat there for what felt like 2 hours! I was mesmerized by this dragonfly. I studied his wings, his beautiful color, and I sat there thinking about various aspects of my life. I didn’t move my body the whole time, only my head from time to time. After a while, I was ready to move yet didn’t want to disturb out interrupt this moment in time (my butt was falling asleep, my bent knees needed to be stretched out). It was like the dragonfly knew I was ready to move. He kind of fluttered a bit, turned to look at me, then took flight. It was a beautiful experience. I’m glad you had these experiences too🥰🤗🌺

There was a squirrel climbed up a tree next to my window and stared at me for hours as I played my video game I stared back and I could feel it wasn't going to leave that spot until I was ready for it leave kids were playing outside the squirrel still stayed still staring at me. That moment let me know animals can feel our inner emotions.
This song has upgraded my frequency. Ive been listening to it faithfully for over 30 days 2x a day . Ive also experienced an outpouring of love from strangers and my family and friends. This song has also helped me to connect with my life's purpose and instilled me with overwhelming compassion, gratitude , spiritual downloads and love for humanity and the ability to have profound present moment awareness.

For those who may not know, this is a very, very tranquil technique vastly used for meditative properties, enhancing expansion with each breath, and release through each vowel. I have sang and harmonized these beautiful rhythms of Mantra, Om, my entire life. I am very connected with children, and have many around me, who always beg me to sing! These sacred singings of trancing with and through meditative states of repetition, and repetitious melody, are used to create awareness of each trance you are forming for yourself, through Mantra and so on. These melodic states are created in forms of chanting, humming, and soprano melodies with corresponding harmonies of our full audible spectrum; in which all are in aspect of awareness for the entire body. This very angelic and specific technique of rhythmic singing, resembling the flute, is widely used in Native American melodic chants and harmony. And some may perform strophic or sectional forms with shorter or longer interwoven melodic motifs. This again is used to ascend into trance. Singing with wide or narrow ranges and registers of each audible spectrum of frequency, the faster, yet calmer, you will begin to fall into your meditative state; especially beginning at low registered frequencies. With every vowel such as ‘Om’, ‘Am’, each rhythmic vibration used to create that very frequency, is opening aspects/areas of your body and mind that may have once been stagnant, or residing in little flow of your Centres. I lost my mother to a deadly disease - pulmonary fibrosis few months back. I did everything i could to save her. I tried everything, but the struggle was horrible, she even struggled to breathe with oxygen support for 3 months in hospital, those days were so traumatizing to see her in pain and also to face my fears of losing her. This is the only music which made me feel deeply connected with her. It felt like she is hugging me deeply in space. I couldn't control the surge of emotions. I have no words to thank you .❤ Sending more love, light and positivity ✨

Ex forces, number of life traumas and darkness. Have been listening to this each evening since Sunday. Found my self humming to the this during the video and throughout the day. How it could be so beautiful ? I'm in a deep anxiety state and depression since 3 years and it was the worst of my life. This feeling is eating me every day, even if I try my best to fight/accept it.
I couldn't stop crying on the hour of this video, sometimes with sadness, sometimes with joy. I mentalized my depression going away with the wind while meditating on this song, with a nice summer evening on my balcony.
