I can’t do anything without pain. Every waking minute there is pain. I cannot sleep most nights because of the pain. There is no rest for me in this world. Today I decided to have a shower and then a bath. In the bath I put 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. I played this while massaging my entire body in the tub and I feel so rejuvenated and soft. Thank you❤️
