I use cymatic effects off your music from my galexy tablet. I hold it to my right side just under my rib cage . After about 10 minutes I can feel my insides vibrating and it calms down inflammatory gut issues and it starts to have pleasing effects on my brain. I went away recently and got stuck in traffic for 7 hours with ibs . I used your track to hold off pain. Every time I stopped the video sound , the pain returned. I not sure how it works so well but I believe if it's felt as well as listening to the sound so it creates inner cymatics effects that make it a really powerful sound healing tool. This one is wonder

The sustained low frequencies really work for me there is really an instant and undeniable effect, I do not care for the shorter and higher frequencies as they seem to pull me out of the trancelike sleepy place.
