At the age of 6, I began "hearing" similar mystical ethereal music like this in my dreams. The sound is coming from afar but yet it comes very clear, fresh, and soothingly beautiful - it penetrates my senses, and soothes my soul. I now have a sound system installed around in my house in every room, garage, and outside my garden. I play mostly music of relaxation, and meditation music. It works like magic especially when I'm out in the yard tending my garden. It obvious that all the vegetation, flowers, and crops enjoy it as muchl as I do because I always reap a bountiful harvest year after year.😘 Music is a rythm of life. I Suffer with severe illnessess and my friend who married a Buddhist told me to listen to relaxing sounds of the singing bowls.I feel each sound in different parts of my body. I also feel so relaxed. Not all people can play the bowls like this person.❤

This is amazing!! I felt the frequencies in my body with each one, especially the deeper tones. It felt like my cells got activated. I had to stop what i was doing bc it was as if my body froze. So peaceful and beautifully played. Thank you, this is what I've been searching for, for years. It's as if my body craves these frequencies. We've had a well being day at work today and management got a practitioner of the bowls in. She was amazing. When I got home I searched for some of this and this man was by far and away the best. So relaxing
I fell asleep while listening to this , the next morning I got out of bed and after 3 years of pain on both legs especially the thighs has gone not completely but at least I can now walk without the pain I can also now sleep without moving around to get comfortable due to constant pain ,I'm in my 50s and I'm prediabetic with high cholesterol, I'm going to continue to listen to this wonderful video ,thank you so much ❤

Tonight I realize that the lovely Buddhist presence of the man playing the bowls, the way he strokes them, is like my beautiful great-grandson when he is playing. Not worn out with the thinking and habits that most of us are, he just moves from one natural motion to another, making music all day. Pouring water in his indoor play pond, tapping a wooden drum in my living room. . . totally, naturally alive....

Each different tone brings an image to the forefront of my mind. I see different shapes of different patterns and colors. This is new for me. It is truly powerful.. Thank you! Today, I was at my dentist's office getting a chipped tooth repaired. I meditated on the tones until I almost fell asleep (I only had topical numbing and a shot of Novacain). I was not tense at all after listening for about one minute in. The sound of the drill was muffled by the tranquil tones of the bowls. The sound of the water coincided with the dental water pic that created a calm and peaceful appointment. So glad I had my earbuds for the close connection of meditative calmness❤❤❤. Absent of pain, appointment successful.

Look up Morari Bapu’s version of the Hanuman Chalisa here on YT. Listening to this brief chant will help a lot with what you’re describing. Completely lit up my life when I was in a very very dark and desolate place. Although I don’t speak the language natively, I eventually memorized it and can chant it at will now (English translation is easy to find online). It brings solace, help, protection, and support immediately. Even just listening to it does this. Blessings to you. 🌟

I fell asleep while listening to this , the next morning I got out of bed and after 3 years of pain on both legs especially the thighs has gone not completely but at least I can now walk without the pain I can also now sleep without moving around to get comfortable due to constant pain ,I'm in my 50s and I'm prediabetic with high cholesterol, I'm going to continue to listen to this wonderful video ,thank you so much ❤

He weaves the frequencies and tones together like a master chef blends together sharp or bitter tastes
with the sweet.I can feel this as if it is just for me,what I need to
clear my body,refresh my mind and lift my spirit.I thank this Jedi,deeply.

Hello, good folks.. i find this particular video and use of the bowls very special. I have enjoyed it several times. Tonight I realize that the lovely Buddhist presence of the man playing the bowls, the way he strokes them, is like my beautiful great-grandson when he is playing. Not worn out with the thinking and habits that most of us are, he just moves from one natural motion to another, making music all day. Pouring water in his indoor play pond, tapping a wooden drum in my living room. . . totally, naturally alive....

I want to share with you something that's happened to me as I close my eyes and listen. Each different tone brings an image to the forefront of my mind. I see different shapes of different patterns and colors. This is new for me. It is truly powerful.. I suggest closing your eyes and breathing at a calming pace to see if you can find the images in your mind. Truly astounding. Peace to all💜

Thank you! Today, I was at my dentist's office getting a chipped tooth repaired. I meditated on the tones until I almost fell asleep (I only had topical numbing and a shot of Novacain). I was not tense at all after listening for about one minute in. The sound of the drill was muffled by the tranquil tones of the bowls. The sound of the water coincided with the dental water pic that created a calm and peaceful appointment. So glad I had my earbuds for the close connection of meditative calmness❤❤❤. Absent of pain, appointment successful.

Look up Morari Bapu’s version of the Hanuman Chalisa here on YT. Listening to this brief chant will help a lot with what you’re describing. Completely lit up my life when I was in a very very dark and desolate place. Although I don’t speak the language natively, I eventually memorized it and can chant it at will now (English translation is easy to find online). It brings solace, help, protection, and support immediately. Even just listening to it does this. Blessings to you. 🌟
