At the age of 6, I began "hearing" similar mystical ethereal music like this in my dreams. The sound is coming from afar but yet it comes very clear, fresh, and soothingly beautiful - it penetrates my senses, and soothes my soul. I now have a sound system installed around in my house in every room, garage, and outside my garden. I play mostly music of relaxation, and meditation music. It works like magic especially when I'm out in the yard tending my garden. It obvious that all the vegetation, flowers, and crops enjoy it as muchl as I do because I always reap a bountiful harvest year after year.😘 Music is a rythm of life. Music nurtures the mind, body, and soul!🙏

I Suffer with severe illnessess and my friend who married a Buddhist told me to listen to relaxing sounds of the singing bowls.I feel each sound in different parts of my body. I also feel so relaxed. Not all people can play the bowls like this person.❤

This is amazing!! I felt the frequencies in my body with each one, especially the deeper tones. It felt like my cells got activated. I had to stop what i was doing bc it was as if my body froze. So peaceful and beautifully played. Thank you, this is what I've been searching for, for years. It's as if my body craves these frequencies. I need this right now bc of bad shedding in experiencing from someone who got those evil $h0ts. I'm trying to heal and prayed. This video appeared. Between the frequencies and supplements, I'm slowly feeling better

They have bowls that are tuned to the exact frequency of each chakra. So sound baths can help realign the chakras as they're played. It is 100x more intense in person. Love the ocean drum, and love your oil diffuser. very cool. Hope I can collect a nice sound bath set someday.
You're right. I went to my first actual sound bath last week and it was amazing. Could feel the sound spinning round me and my whole boy vibrating. Was almost painful!

In 44 years of following Tibetan Buddhism, I have always experienced such bowls just as a kind of alarm clock. They use only one, more would be a waste; and it is used twice in a meditation: For start and a soft end. The true healing frequencies are in the mantras and in the mental set which is created by hearing the teachings and living your whole life according to them. Mindfulness is not a warm bath with candles around you, it is not just well-being, but sometimes it is hard work on one's own body, speech, and mind.

@@chrisrule2732 Sure they do. You can meditate on the voidness of sound like Milarepa who was disturbed by a waterfall, then started meditating on the very waterfall and became enlightened.
On the other hand, my Lama, a high Rinpoche, taught us that listening to music is listening to music, not meditation.

Natural sounds of nature such as the birds chirping, the wind blowing the trees and a waterfall like you mention are all just natural music.

Hello, good folks.. i find this particular video and use of the bowls very special. I have enjoyed it several times. Tonight I realize that the lovely Buddhist presence of the man playing the bowls, the way he strokes them, is like my beautiful great-grandson when he is playing. Not worn out with the thinking and habits that most of us are, he just moves from one natural motion to another, making music all day. Pouring water in his indoor play pond, tapping a wooden drum in my living room. . . totally, naturally alive....
I find this music really helps me meditate and it feels soothing and calm. Thank you.

Hello everyone, yes, sound baths are so very powerful. Here in my little city in Alberta, Canada we have a sound bath healer, she adds her gongs... Listening to this recording is so wonderful, but live is so much more powerful... Your whole body elevates, every single cell is affected, you can feel the vibrations within your entire body❣️So if your able to sit in a live sound bath I 100% recommend to do so... ❤Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for this video❣️I will listen to it as much as I can and others from him❣️ Namaste 🙏

This video sent me into some type of stretch possession. I laid there in my bed listening and within minutes I began stretching my arms and toes accompanied with yawning and teary eyes and then an all over tossing and turning stretch that left me energized, it was incredible!! Thank you for this.

What is the orange bowl of smoke called at the back? Not seen before. I’m fortunate to have a colleague who is trained in sound bath therapy. I always say that you can’t beat an in person sound bath, but this comes very close!! The best o have heard for quite a while. Many thanks 🙏🏼

Don’t give up hope. I was given 6 months if I didn’t have treatment and 5 years if I did. I opted out. That was three years ago and the best three years of my life. You can do the same.💕🙏
