Ironically,as many people are requesting your voice only..I found the music to be comforting. I am hard of hearing so trying to focus on words being said sometimes makes it difficult to just let go and sleep. But found both to be soothing and healing. I listened to this after losing one of our fur family.😢and found it to be comforting and helpful.

It’s the middle of the night and I am awake due to worries of a stressful day. I didn’t search for this meditation, I just came across it. I didn’t need to heal my body but I needed something to ease my mind, I didn’t think this would be what I wanted but I listened and it is perfect. Thank you for this wonderful soothing meditation. It is my go to meditation now ❤
This will put you into a long and deep sleep. Do not listen while driving. I came across this at about 5 AM because I couldn't sleep. After listening I woke up at 1pm😊

You might lack B12 and be dehydrated as well.
Ashwagandha and teasle will help with the nervous system. You have to do a lot of studying on teasle to realize that it helps heal the nervous system (as well as treat diseases that cause nerve disorders like Lyme). Hope everything gets better for you!
I know too much nicotine has made my legs and body tingle! I've fixed this, adjusting it in my vape rather than the dangerously strong disposables. Just a thought. Magnesium can help also
Gabapentin has helped with neuropathic tingling and pains, I have autoimmune disorders xx

Yes darling you do and you will, we all do 🙏 keep focusing on yourself, drop the people who dont help you but benefit from you. Sometimes our old life and old friends hold us back from healing and moving forward. Dont be scared, you will see other people rolling into your life while others walk out. Thats painful but "let them go". I kciked and screamed that one with much regret. Ive learned letting people go silently creates a quiter but more peaceful life.
Healing is lonely so pleaee dont feel like you are failing. Its slow, and grim and just like a seed grows in the dark, you will pop up into a beautiful flower one day. Until then you are a seed growing through the dirt. Keep growing and reaching out, you are not alone xx

I have misophonia, it's a very real but rare condition that drs hv no idea how to treat. Small mouth noises enrage me like the ones people make in ASMR videos. Look it up I'm not exaggerating.
The way this man and so many other people who do hypnosis talk is torture for me and I'm not able to get the benefits of this hypnosis. I wish they would understand that everybody doesn't like ASMR.

I'm the opposite - would rather have just the music and not a voice, have ADD so the voice is too distracting to me and keeps me from relaxing/falling asleep.

If (anyone) can help me out with a question please? I'm 45, have been putting 100% effort into healing from "The Suicide Dissease's"
(Widespread CRPS Type II), + Functional Neurological Dissorder which includes Fibro Mayalgia. These are the most painful, damaging combination of 'progressive and untreatable' Autoimmune disseases a human being can possibly aquire. I also have an extremely damaged spine, knees, ankle joints, wrist from many fractures, dislocations from (Osteoperosis) sending unthinkably high (human torture pain levels) shooting through every single nerve in my body leaving me screaming in agony for much of my 17 years with these disseases.
I contracted CRPS/FND 17 years ago from slipping in a yard and breaking my ankle. CRPS is INCREDIBLY RARE btw so please not be concerned if you just recently broke your Ankle and are reading this!!
I was 'one' of just ONE people in a MILLION who contracted CRPS/FND and am 1 of only 16,000 people here in the UK 🇬🇧 with CRPS so it is EXTREMELY RARE!!
I have been bedbound for almost 4 years strait, screaming in pain with Seizures and convulsions. Im absolutley no profesional, or even have the audacity to really give you any advice - especially for somone who is going through somthing that i couldnt possible be able to understand.
However, from one person to another, without any labels attached, just as animals on this earth experiencing something much mightier then ourselves, i would like to give my thoughts on your comment...
Let go of the idea of contracts, labels, medicines, diseases, solutions as an outside cocept that is going go to help you. Because nothing comes to you from the outside world or within, without yourself being fully aware of your 'authentic self' (which is the true pure essence of you - not the things you've experinced, not what you've learnt, but is the glowing life force that has the ability to feel inspired, sad and generally just percieve the world)
It has to be called in by you. Like fully by yourself, but your true self isnt as simple of a concept as it seems. The 'you' that you think of in your head is set with an entire liftime of learnt concepts and identites that you have attached to yoursef - which im sure alot of it is deeply routed in your experinces, which means your soul and your body itself is completley attached to these concepts.
Now, it is much much muchhhh easier said then done - to let go of concepts. In fact, you may think that you already have, or that you do. However, rewriting the way you truly see tourself and the world, well thats a liftime of work for many people. And requires intense dedication to understand yourself, and to somehow ( in your way) fully let go of those stories youve been living by and telling tourself your whole life.
I guess what im trying to say is, let go of the concepts such as contacts and fate and whatnot, and truly truly feel into your soul. Maybe you believe in fate or maybe not. However, i believe that theres not necessarily a written out script that we choose at birth and we must follow. I do believe that there is an entirely fantastic, brain metling, unexplainable magic that has lead to life here in this universe, even more so the fact that you and i can both sit and attempt to comprehend it. And because of that, whatever has happened, and whatever does happen, is exactly how it is meant to happen. And that can be unfair, brutal, beautiful and whatever godamn name we decide to call it. But, in the script of the universe - everything is right. There is no wrong unless somthing is there to deem it wrong.
So, i have absolutely no idea if that helped at all, or if that even made sense, or, you probaly understand this all. But, either way, i believe there are infinit possibilities out there. And if you can truly let go and fully believe and embody that belief, you can 100% change the life in the way you want. Dont rely on outside sources to save you.
-ALSO, this is just my thoughts, and they are very simple in the context of the spiritual journey and spiritual community, however I think it's good to remind yourself. I wish you luck on your journey and hope you can get better. And if not, I hope you continue to be as positive and peaceful as you can be.
