    I structured this video a bit different by adding stretches right after the strength work in the middld of the practice instead of saving the deep stretches for the end. Let me know below how this format felt and if you think I should make more like this. Thanks 🙏

      I am thankful that you conduct these classes and share them with the public. I noticed that way too many critics insist on offering a lot of sophistry with their comments, suggestions that seem barely perceptible or connected to postures. This class was indeed different for me. I felt balanced and connected to my breath while executing the movements. And I paused your demonstration video a lot just to extend the practice a little longer to make adjustments to my position.

    You have a very calming yet cheerful voice, love your videos and your funny comments in between which add a unique spice to them. Would be great to have 15 minute long morning routines that have maximum amount of positions even if that would mean shorter holds in each position. Not sure if something like that is possible or even could be considered Yoga.

    Tim I’ve liked your practice for years but never commented and I know it helps so just wanted you to know I’m practicing in North Vancouver, Canada, and particularly like this vid because I’m working through some injuries, found it very subtle and focussed on lower body which suits me perfectly right now.     Hello from NJ, Tim! I was a yoga teacher (on the side) until COVID hit, then I got pregnant with my now 4 month old twins - so I've unfortunately strayed far away from my practice and my body hasn't been my own in over a year! This practice was a really nice return to my mat. Hope to get back to this again soon! Thank you for all you share.

    We are still in lockdown in Victoria, Australia, so that also means remote learning for the kids. I have been doing my normal strength training in the mornings before my son gets up, and then after a full day of being the "teacher " with remote learning and also being the role of his friends in the playground playing and living in the moment, it's yoga time. When my son is in bed at night, that is the time I come to the mat and join you for some rejuvenation and looking inward for the yoga practice. Tonight, your practice was exactly what was the mind and body and soul needed. THANK YOU 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

    All of the morning flow classes are great, but this one especially so, maybe it is due to excessive miles on my bike, but it just had everything I needed for my legs, thank you for always providing such variety and narrative that makes practicing online so much easier

      You have to follow (if understand Spanish) Dr. Miquel Samarra and how clear and logical he explains and get relacionated the parasympathetic and sympathetic system, chakras, and the sun and moon energy. All is connected!!

    Hi Tim! I'm really, really enjoying your videos and they're pretty much *the* thing that made me get into yoga properly. I recently went to a physiotherapist for the first time and he advised exercises opening up, lengthening and stretching everything to do with the front of the torso: chest, shoulders, neck and belly. Apparently for a lot of folks working at a desk it's very common that all the muscle and tendons there get unhealthily short. I was wondering if maybe there is space for a video talking about the kind of stretches which might come handy there?

    I have done this twice so far. Calm, easy to follow and effective, perfect for wake up the body to start the day. Will be nice to see a new seasion of yoga for the core, for abs only for 30 min🤗. Thank again Tim, will do it again tomorrow before going to work. ❤🇷🇴🙏🧘‍♀️

    The stretching at the start was helpful. Less vinyasa was good for my shoulders. Tree pose variation. I always enjoy triangle and half moon. 30” is just right many days for me since I come to the mat every day. This sequence could be for a restorative day.

    This was a great practice. I haven't done any yoga for a few weeks and this one felt perfect to get me back into it.
    I am enjoying doing forearm planks and down dog, it helps to break up the practice in my brain as these are new to me and I have to concentrate on using the right muscle groups. Loving the hip opening work as well. Thank you Tim for the thought that goes into keeping these practices varied!

    Thanks for this practice, Tim! It was really hot and humid here today, so I did the forearm plank sequence as regular plank, but otherwise it was a really nice stretching practice!

    Just discovered your channel. I began practicing yoga in my twenties (I'm now in my 60's) and taught for about 15years. My practice was grounded in Iyengar alignment and incorporated some of the Ashtanga flow but without the extremes of either approach. It is so refreshing to see your yoga teaching that has a respect for it's knowledge base and as a calm and steady practice rather than just another exercise routine. Very nice practice. I'll be back.     Hello from Bradford, West Yorkshire in England. I loved this workout……..a bit of everything and the shoulder stretching tree was new for me. Wobble wobble 😁. I’m going to use this session instead of my usual stretching before a practice. And at my age, I need a good stretch first 😬. I felt buzzing afterwards. Thank you 🙌

    Love this, however I’m missing the more intense core work. I have grown to appreciate that focus in each of your sessions. Thank you for all the reminders to keep shoulders aligned, knees aligned-I really need that while I focus on the poses. Thank you 🙏🏼
