    So nice to wake up on a rainy Montreal morning to a practice that I can fit in before going to the office. Good strength moves, and those roll ups are great core work. The sitting and lifting off the floor move is a good challenge that I want to practice. Thanks so much Tim - great way to start the day! 🙂

    You know the old adage “old dog, new tricks”? That was me today! There were a number of “new” positions with quicker than usual transitions and I was having a hard time keeping up. So-I ended up doing my own thing with intermittent times of joining in this morning. When I have more time, I am going to watch this one and get a better grasp on it and then do it. I think that will help me out.
    I appreciate that you are trying to keep our daily practices new and challenging.

    Thank you for yet another class. I’d be remised if I didn’t mention missing your classes that offer more classic yoga along with your insight of the postures and the added bonuses that touch on philosophy. Previously a CMC member but currently my schedule is only allowing for these shorter classes, will no doubt re-join. I greatly appreciate you, your time, and your teachings.     What a fantastic class! Thank you Tim! I appreciated the detailed instructions with the seated spinal twist at the end, I realized I wasn't twisting my spine enough :) I've been confused by that stretch in the past and am so glad you explained it! I'm excited for the standup exercises to build to where we are just using our legs. What a great gentle workout :D

    Great morning class, I really enjoyed the different approach to the stretching at the beginning. I've done this 5 days on the trot now, its so good. I especially liked the little tips, like the counter twist of the spine in Ardha Matsyendrasana, so good to visualise as you move. Thank you Tim :)

    Hey, i have a question! In the ab part of the flow, where we cross our legs and lift ourselves onto the hands, I can only lift if I lift the palms as well, and balance on the inner knuckles of the palm. This is one out of many other instances where I feel like my arms are a bit shorter than average 😂 is it possible that they are? Is the pose still benefitial if I do it like this, on the inner knuckles?

      Hey Anja. I had the same issue initially. You may need to compress more, tuck your pelvis more and pull up and back. I go over the concept more in the arm balance course on the CMC (Conscious Movement Community).
