    Really interesting flow. Thankyou again, Tim. The wind chimes were an added element of calm..which is why yoga from home is an absolute pleasure with you …every sequence has a little extra surprise up its sleeve!

    Nice strong practice - great way to start the day. One thing that I have never done before (which I really liked was the wide legged forward fold twist, which one arm to the chest - I've always done it with one arm to the floor, but this variation was really nice. Also that balance work, at 6am my balance was slightly dodgy, but I stayed up for most of it! Thanks for another great practice, Tim 🙂

    Thank you Tim for such a delightful practice :) I loved the heavy focus on legs and it felt like a cheat day to not have to do boat pose 😄 My legs have that wonderful achy stretchiness feeling from a fantastic yoga session.

    Was not sure what would give out first - my computer battery or mine. WOW. What a class. LOVE LOVE LOVE that Tim shows alternatives for bad knees. SOOOOO grestly appreciated. (FYI - the computer battery went first 👍)

    After a 14 day hiatus from yoga (not by choice), it was so good to come back to your classes again! I'm sure I will feel this tomorrow. That said, even after the break I was able to do the push ups on the toes, thanks to the yoga lifestyle in general. Grateful. Namaste x

    This sequence was fun. Loved the balancing poses (the transitions between were fun and challenging) as well as the sequence facing the long-side of the mat. Sometimes it's nice to mix things up. It helps to give me a fresh perspective on my mat. Thank you!

      @@yogawithtim Cool! It must feel so freeing to get rid of the lav and wires and transmitter.
      Are you going to stick to using the shot gun mic? Do you use it on a boom or just on camera?
      I use the PicoMic which is a tiny lav. Have you heard of it?
