In today's practice, Tim, the variations you introduced woke up some muscles that had been sitting dormant, not doing their part. They are awake now. Can't wait until tomorrow!

I sweated just like after a good kickbox session and that says a lot. The breathwork at the end felt like someone erased my memories and ego and made me pure awareness for just a sec. Never felt that before, lol. Thank you so much!

I just discovered this class again and I found it so much more "deep," than I remembered. My quads were shaking with the modified crescent to warrior 3 transitions. I like the the modified side angle pose too. Tim, your guidance as always is spot on in each position. I love the gentle words that always are perfectly timed. Namaste 🙏
This session is a real challenge for someone who has not been practicing yoga like me. But a good sweat is rewarding. And a wonderful breathing practice is perfect. Thank you. This becomes something to look forward to for a new day.

Ashamed to admit that I'm just starting the challenge but today's session was everything I need! I was shaking in many of the poses but by the end I was feeling better than ever. I usually have back pain in Shavasana but not a trace today so I was able to relax more than I ever have. Thank you!
An absolutely beautiful class, Tim. You packed a lot into a short time. I particularly like the breathing prompts and the longer shavasana to close it out.

I really enjoyed this one, Tim, although it was pretty challenging. That sequence with the long hold starting at about 14:30.... man, my glute med was feeling it! I'm pretty strong and can normally do your classes fine, but I had to tap out for a sec there to recover. Good for the ego, I guess! 😁 It was fun, and I look forward to building up even more strength to be able to hold the whole thing!

Really superb. I am a CMC member and I believe that I will always be challenged and never be bored. This challenge has the hard to achieve combination of being short but really leaving you with a sense that you have done something worthwhile for your body and soul. I don't subscribe to any other yoga channel because, quite honestly, none of the ones I have tried (and I have tried some of the biggest names) comes close to what you deliver. thank you

Found this amazing gentle yoga teacher three years ago n my life is much more comfortable practicing yoga. Only I can start my 10 years plus yoga with Tim, but it is never too late to start now if u haven’t heard how good n different Tim’s classes are!!!!!
This was challenging, especially the bent knee crescent into warrior three sequence. Tough on my right hip and knee. I repeated it on both sides and it was slightly easier the second time but still tough. Now for some pikes with the big ball and then it's coffee time. Thanks, Tim! Namaste.

Great way to wake the body up at sunrise this morning in Florida. Great coaching tips to get the most out of the poses. I liked the variation on spinal balance bringing the knee up and elbow up at the same time for a greater range of motion. Thanks Tim and have a great day

Love it! I wish I would get better at yoga. I have been practicing on and off... it is probably the off moments that always set me back to the beginning. I am glad there is Tim to get me motivated!
The key is practice more 'on' than 'off' - every day is best. And if you're finding 'the challenge' too challenge, you can also try the Beginner Series (7 videos - all free). They're easier to do and to get into. Be well.
Fabulous practice! I have noticed that 1/3 to 1/2 way through I'm feeling like, "We have done so much! Surely we are getting close to the end." Nope, I refocus and then time flies and I am at the end. It takes some mindfulness but I can pretty reliably enter flow during your practices. (Barring there aren't any kids asking me for something).
Really enjoyed the class Tim! With all the work I’ve been doing on the CMC and Live, I felt strong and not too sweaty, but a little winded ☺️. The chakras and energy awareness is really working! Definitely felt the need for more glute work with the mod crescent to warrior 3. Seated, twisted oblique work today and yesterday is new and challenging! Always love your corpse pose time and breath work bringing it all back together..overall a very gratifying class! 🙏🏼💖
