Yeah, I don’t think so. Especially when the game is not likely to have multiplayer. The structure is going to be like an expanded version of the last of us part 2, with condensed open areas that offer multiple objectives/relics to pursue apart from the main objective. And there will be at least 3-4 of these. The game is likely going to be more than 20 hours long, likely more than 35 hours if you do side content. It could even top 40.
Making more money . Xbox players get game pass privilege, everyone else will buy it. Funny thing is the only interesting games coming to PS5 are the Xbox games lol.
Making PS5 user wait AND pay full price while Xbox users get it day and date immediately. It's ONLY PlayStation player that are forced to pay full price for a game they don't even know they'll like. That's the awesomeness of Gamepass. I get it day and date on my sx and have the choice to buy it or not. Since it's a first party Xbox game, it stays on Gamepass forever. I'll be getting the next Xbox console as well. It's literally only the weirdest of console warriors who complain about this. It only helps fund the next GP day and date drops. Its stupid for a company to hold themselves back so much. @@gamerelated8985 No one wants to pay $70 for a video game. The last game I bought new was RE4 and before that was THPS 1+2. 70 bucks is ridiculous especially paying more for dlc. I'd rather buy the dlc and pay for a game pass sub.
The timing of the release is prefect for the holiday season
SPRING 2025 TO PS5 LFG LFG LFG
This will fill my Uncharted and Tomb Raider void
Well, there is it. "Spring 2025 PS5." If this continues, no point buying Xbox next gen, just wait a few months and enjoy all games on one console.
or play on pc at 4k/120 fps max settings
Sure and pay 70bucks , were you can save alot with gamepass .
Game pass PC@@Kobalt_Rax_the_one
@@Kobalt_Rax_the_one i save nothing with gamepass, i dont even own the games with gamepass, it is a rent subscription for games, i want to return to enjoy my favorite games wherever i want, not having to pay every month to have access to them.
@@soufianzianps plus does exactly that, and hey apparently ps has more subs
Saving up for a new PC just for this game and I am almost there. December 9th is the perfect release date.
Spring 2025 for PS5, nice, timed exclusives should be the future, why limit your sales
Yeah, like why the wait? Release the game on both plataforms the same day.
If Sony agreed to that, it would be a massive leap in gaming, specially for fans, but I highly doubt it’s a mutual agreement.
@@SirJaguar Why Sony don't realise their games on Xbox but Xbox should realise game same day on ps5 to?
@@SirJaguar The timed part is to possibly push people to get Gamepass.
Why own a PlayStation when the whole slate is coming to my PC.
The important thing is that the game will be available on Gamepass on launch day
Ever since Indiana Jones and the Internal Machine, I've been waiting for a new Indy-game to match that experience. Emperor's Tomb didn't quite manage to capture that sense of adventure and discovery that Infernal Machine had, but now finally this looks veeeery promising🤩
If Sweet Baby Inc. is involved with this, I'll riot
Do you even know what sweet baby inc does? Because if you actually understood what they do I’m pretty sure you wouldnt act like they are the devil of gaming
Thank you Todd and Phil! ❤
PlayStation gamers actually buy games and want to support the devs 💙
YES MY PS5 BOIS UNITE!!!!!!!
I just need Machine Games working on the next Wolfenstein already
I will buy it for ps5 but why isnt it third person instead if first person
@WVVVVVVVVVVVWWWWWWWW because this game made the same studio as Wolfenstine game
Which Bethesda RPG has ever been 3rd person?
@@LUFFYLOVESLOFI you really just called this a bethesda rpg?
@@LUFFYLOVESLOFI you clearly don't know that bethesda isn't just bethesda game studios LOL
It’s both.

It's a Bethesda game so I'm gonna play it.... and probably like it. (As I do with all their games.)
MachineGames, not Bethesda.
@_Cetarial I think he meant publisher Bethesda, not specifically Bethwsda Game Studios. As a publisher, including Machine Games etc... they put out consistently good games. Redfall not withstanding...
@@alexlyster3459 I've played everything under the Bethesda title. I know it's Machine Games, but I've enjoyed all the titles under the umbrella. (I'll even say Redfall was fun, just not up to par)
@gettygetz235 Yep, that's what I was trying to say! And I actually enjoyed Redfall for the time I played it too. But coming off of Prey, and what could have been a single player game of that calibre? Yeah in that light it was very disappointing.
Not made by Bethesda published by bethesda... this will probably be clunky and bug ridden just like the wolfesntein games they made.
Nolan North has gotta be so happy for Troy (even after their little Retro Replay feud, whatever that was).
It’d be awesome to see him in this, too. Bring back Uncharted 4 vibes.
Really wish this was third person
Why?
I really wish this was in third person
Looking great, but why 3 days of early access for single player game?
Xbox does this for all of their first party games that have a premium/ultimate edition. It's always one of the perks of pre-ordering the ultimate edition
For me Tomb Raider is the measuring stick here. When that game first came out. It was really eye opening, and as a kid all I thought was “Too bad this couldn’t be Indiana Jones”. Now here we are. I hope Bethesda nails it outta the park with this one.
I love that it is in first person. So much more immersive.
agreed

I'm worried it will be a 5 hour game tops.
The Professor Layton games were 5hr games if you are good at puzzles and I always loved every second of them.
@@Robbie-mw5uu That's cool.. Were the Professor Layton games $70?
Yeah, I don’t think so. Especially when the game is not likely to have multiplayer. The structure is going to be like an expanded version of the last of us part 2, with condensed open areas that offer multiple objectives/relics to pursue apart from the main objective. And there will be at least 3-4 of these.
The game is likely going to be more than 20 hours long, likely more than 35 hours if you do side content. It could even top 40.
*"We all get to feel what it's like to become Indy"* ... yeah he's Han Solo just not in Space.
As an owner of both consoles, I don’t understand what Microsoft is doing.
Making more money . Xbox players get game pass privilege, everyone else will buy it. There's always going to be an Xbox device for game pass, but everyone doesn't want or can afford Xbox and game pass. So give players options. In the end Xbox makes bank.
I have Xbox switch and PS5.
So Xbox has like ..30 plus first party games being made..lol...Sony really doesn't have much in play so it's really not a big deal to do a couple Xbox games....this is absolutely perfect ammo for Xbox to use against the FTC when Xbox does their next big acquisition. And they will.
@@_Cetarial the industry is changing, and exclusives aren’t what’s making money these days.
Doing whatever the head of Microsoft is telling them to! Need a return on tens of billions of dollars!
why would I want to buy this for console when it is available for PC?
This looks like the Indy film we all wanted but didn't get.....
Looks amazing, I can't wait
First person was an odd choice. Was that done to make it different from Tomb Raider?
The studio made Wolfenstein. But it does have 3rd person in the game also. Just not all the time.
The studio, Machine Games, excels at first person games. It makes sense for them to stick with what they know, especially for such a high profile license.
Plus face it, after the last 2 movies, Indy as a brand can't afford another loss.
It's a spiritual successor of sorts to their riddick game which was also first person
Yeah, and the game NEEDS a mini map... and and... "rolling over the floor like an idiot" gameplay... and please please... button mashing fighting like in 99% of all other games that are out there today! /s
@icravedeath.1200 machine games didn't make the Riddick games.... way to sound moronic...
Troy baker doesn't voice a bad game. This game is probably going to be good
