I’m fine with the but in so long as it’s with an actress that has a bigger build than Ana de Armas. Translating petite and beautiful into an action movie leaves you with petite, also known as a twig. I was far more comfortable with the actress in the first John Wick, and Halle Berry in the third movie. Although some of that might have been movie magic, just like how Arnold Schwartzenegger appeared nearly 7 feet tall for years. But without actual CGI, movie magic isn’t enough for me to buy into de Armas as a female John Wick.
