I was going to comment that I found that this routine had a slight imbalance, as it felt more like a shoulder than a Full Body Flow. Reading other people's comments remarking the burn in their legs reminded me I am an avid skateboarder, my Body is imbalanced towards my legs. So well done and thank you Tim.
I really liked this class and the variations in the poses. I found it pleasant and short, due to the concentration and the strength that the poses required, especially the balance ones. I hadn't done Yoga for days, due to a contracture in my shoulder blade and neck, and I needed to know if I was still fit for an intermediate class...Tim never disappoints, and it's a plus to listen to the calm of the sea and see it in the background with the palm trees...Thank you very much Tim 🧘🏻♀️🙏

I liked this focus on the solar plexus chakra.Would like to see routines focused on each of the remaining chakras. Thank you for this. Loved yellow, would like to see red, orange,,green, indigo & violet routines.
Fully activated manipura chakra. Enjoyed the class and really feel.all my muscles charged up fpr the day... loved the focus on Kapalabhati to burn the calories too.
Back after a week away (some scuba and sun in Turks and Caicos - our wifi was not strong enough to reliably run a RUclips video without interruption - maybe I should have looked for a picnic table outside and do some on my own, but its not the same without your guidance!) This was a great session as always, some nice strength work and breathing work. Glad to be back into it. Thanks Tim! 🙂
Wow Tim !! The standing transitions were amazingly smooth although my quads were on fire but LOVED every bit of it !!! And the breathing technique really helps in letting everything out makes u feel lite, thank you 🙏🏽 Namaste

I love these 30-minute advance classes! I'm still an intermediate practitioner and this class suits me well. I've been doing this flow for 3 days in a row already, and I can feel that my strength together with my flexibility and balance improve each day. More on these classes please!🙏🏻♥️

The pace and strength of this was perfect. I’m trying to move away from cardio flows into strength flows and this was just right. I also (lovingly say this) really appreciated that you didn’t talk so much. It’s nice to have those quiet moments in poses.
This is totally brilliant. I love really focusing on one leg at a time. The fact that the muscles were getting fatigued made it so easy to stay present! Thanks!
