One tiny little cinematography bit I absolutely love is when the camera pans back around and the music plays softly behind it, the beam of the flashlight drops ever so slightly, as if the person holding the flashlight has lowered their arm after realizing Yarnaby is right behind them. Such a great touch. I just imagine them standing up straight as their arm slightly drops downwards as they turn around, a look of terror on their face, and probably breathing heavily as well

In my opinion, chapter 4 will feel more easier to beat because of him only being scary if he opens his mouth. Heck I don't even find his mouth scary either. Although the little critters freak me out, I absolutely hate evil plushes to this day.

Yarnaby's orphan name was Quin , a boy who used to detach heads from toys because he thought the toys looked "pretty" that way.. Harley Sawyer who is the man responsible for the bigger bodies initiative took a liking to Quin and later converted him to Yarnaby.. It is stated that Yarnaby is the strongest one out of all the bigger body toys but he is loyal to Harley Sawyer only since Yarnaby thinks Harley as his "entire world"..
With that in mind, Yarnaby could more than likely be the most ruthless and relentless threat yet. Huggy acted as more of a wild animal, Mommy just toyed with the MC for revenge before turning feral, Catnap killed only for the Prototype’s honor. Yarnaby already starting out with more violent play as Quin, only for that to be part of the thing that wins the attention and “care” of an adult in a place like Playtime Co raises so many danger flags.

The way Yarnaby’s mouth opens and the multiple rows of fangs reminds me of the alien monster from a sci-fi/horror movie, but I can’t remember its title. Edit: I think it was something like Alien, but I remember it being more of a black tentacle that could impale people. Maybe I’m making up a monster and confusing it with a memory.

Okay, I adore their lil dorpy face, and I also love that transition into horror they have! However something about Yarnabys design really reminds me of a kids first big craft/sewing project. Like a toy that someone put their heart and soul into that even if it wasnt perfect, they loved them. I'm really curious to see where this goes!

It’s a puzzle. The game is like hide and seek combined with red light green light. You not being chased like Catnap or trapped like Mommy Longlegs, but hunted in the “Loins Den” and you only hear it’s “roar” (noise it makes) when the loin has devoured you.. and you must start again

So basically my theory is that the person we see in the trailer isn’t the main character that we play as because when the person with grabpack comes down the elevator is a random survivor because at the begging you can hear poppy scream | hold on we’re coming and that’s what she says to poppy at the end of the third game

This basically confirms Yarnaby isn’t Dr. Sawyer. He’s such an important character, that a simple teaser trailer won’t do. Those who know the other creature should know exactly who Sawyer is.

What a trailer this truly felt very cinematic almost like we are watching a movie. And the design of Yarnaby is truly cute while also truly terrifying almost like a flower yarn like hybrid already really excited for Chapter 4.
Theory:This is not a jail its where they store the body’s and yarnaby is the one that keeps living critters away from the dead “smiling critters” or “nightmare critters” from eating them most likely because yarnaby is protecting it for the prototype. The yarnaby character also seemed to control the tv and maybe have static powers because its yarn. Also it takes place in a cave as it showed in 0:44 where there is uncarved places and has pipes that appear to have cat nap smoke in it and probably leading to the prototype. We might be seeing Yarnaby's POV right after we arrive (hence why we are suddenly seeing out of a vent) Hand scanner (more grabpack hands?) There are HEAPS upon HEAPS of dead smiling critters (Are they going to help us since they are free of catnap's control?) Catnap plush dies due to being squished (probably not yarnaby due to no hair or whatever) There are cameras (Security room? Ollie is helping us again? FNAF x Poppy Playtime? We may never know.) Glitchy eye-television (Something is in control of televisions, Nightmare Huggy?) I'll be back next trailer 🔥🔥🔥

Oh my god y’all cooked with this guy. In a lot of mascot horror games, including some chapters of this one tbh, there is some challenge in designing a character that could feasibly be meant to appeal to kids, and also being frightening or corrupted in some way, without making the horror too heavy handed or clashing with the character’s design. This guy treads that line wonderfully. Yarnaby looks soft and with a silly, derpy face that makes me want to pet them like a big puppy, but then the face splitting to reveal horrific, fleshy teeth is chilling, adding that necessary fear factor while also not making someone wonder “how the hell was this supposed to appeal to kids???”. 10/10 character, I can’t wait to see more

It’s a puzzle. The game is like hide and seek combined with red light green light. You not being chased like Catnap or trapped like Mommy Longlegs, but hunted in the “Loins Den” and you only hear it’s “roar” (noise it makes) when the loin has devoured you.. and you must start again
That would be cool since animals don’t attack when their prey when its looking at them especially cats/big cats

So basically my theory is that the person we see in the trailer isn’t the main character that we play as because when the person with grabpack comes down the elevator is a random survivor because at the begging you can hear poppy scream | hold on we’re coming and that’s what she says to poppy at the end of the third game
the fact that it didn't end with a Jumpscare after Yarnaby revealed itself just shows how talented MOB are at making you uncomfortable.

This basically confirms Yarnaby isn’t Dr. Sawyer. He’s such an important character, that a simple teaser trailer won’t do. Those who know the other creature should know exactly who Sawyer is.
And I was really betting on Yarnaby to be Sawyer, mostly because of the thematic connection of being a shepherd and pulling the strings, since yarn is made of wool.

What a trailer this truly felt very cinematic almost like we are watching a movie. And the design of Yarnaby is truly cute while also truly terrifying almost like a flower yarn like hybrid already really excited for Chapter 4.

Theory:This is not a jail its where they store the body’s and yarnaby is the one that keeps living critters away from the dead “smiling critters” or “nightmare critters” from eating them most likely because yarnaby is protecting it for the prototype. The yarnaby character also seemed to control the tv and maybe have static powers because its yarn. Also it takes place in a cave as it showed in 0:44 where there is uncarved places and has pipes that appear to have cat nap smoke in it and probably leading to the prototype. The elevator also fell into red light or smoke probably leading us to pass out and hallucinate like in chapter 3. Please like

I just realized that Poppy Playtime reminds me a LOT of the original Half-Life, with the whole idea of being stuck in an advanced science lab.
kind of, but it is a lot less modern compared to the half-life series and it also got too many childish designs within it, but i geuss the idea itself is similar if your talking about that itself

Oh my god y’all cooked with this guy. In a lot of mascot horror games, including some chapters of this one tbh, there is some challenge in designing a character that could feasibly be meant to appeal to kids, and also being frightening or corrupted in some way, without making the horror too heavy handed or clashing with the character’s design.
This guy treads that line wonderfully. Yarnaby looks soft and with a silly, derpy face that makes me want to pet them like a big puppy, but then the face splitting to reveal horrific, fleshy teeth is chilling, adding that necessary fear factor while also not making someone wonder “how the hell was this supposed to appeal to kids???”. 10/10 character, I can’t wait to see more
