    I didn't make it all the way through but this helped my unlock the forearm stand! The transitions to and from dolphin allowed me to feel the weight shift over the forearms and then I took off!

    Loved this flow!! I could feel the improvement in my arms strength throughout the class! Don't know if that makes sense 😅 By the end of this class I was able to go up and down the push ups without lowering my knees 😄 So cool! and also loved the straddle push ups! You should add them more often in your flows :)
    Of course as always, love your words and the calm and inspiration they transmit, and the way to reflect on ourselves and our paths.

    Oh man, so I’m only coming back to my practice over the last month or so and this class showed me how much of a wimp I’ve become. I did add some additional bits in to keep it challenging but damn I have lost lots of strength and have lots to catch up on. Thanks for another belter mate 🙌🏻🙌🏻

    Those chaturangas to dolphin are killers! I laughed a lot of myself trying to keep up your pace! I was tired today because yesterday I had a long night, but I made it and I felt much better after this session. Thanks!

    Thanks so much Patrick. That dolphin-chaturanga-plank sequence was killer and I cheated through that😅 and my thoughts on the triangle pose- enjoyable and a welcome rest for my wobbly arms 😅 All in all a good session, as always!

      keep at it and take your time, remember balance is a skill more than a strength!

    As always a pleasure to excercise with you❤ do you have any tips for how to do the poses without my wrists hurting? I struggle with this a lot in plank based poses, upward dog etc

      Do a big wrist warm up in table top with fingers wide, pressing through all the knuckles, hands facing up, hands facing down. Every time you put weight on your hands again, fingers wide, press through knuckles. If your wrists hurt again through the practice, pause and do another mini wrist warm up. I used to have the same problem and this has really helped I don't need to do it so often anymore.

    It was a nice work out but the Chaturanga(?) Killed me. Noticed only afterwards that this is not a beginner workout haha. Explained why my 17y/o coquette girly ass was struggling so much
