He knows what long terms goals are he just needed clarification on what she was asking specifically cuz we see later Serena says he also asked “In a relationship?” but they cut that part out … trying to push the he’s dumb narrative. Now he definitely has his head scratch moments 😂 but he’s much smarter than he gets credit for!
Agree, when i first saw the clip i straight away thought he wanted her to specify did she mean career wise, relationship or smth or even just how long term she meant. But she just rephrase it not even explained. Then it may got bit awkward and he just kept going.

But I’m pretty sure there was more discussion after she initially just reworded the question and they just edited it together like that to make him look dumb. In the “She’s Just Not That Into You” clip on Movie Night Serena says he also asked “like in a relationship?” and then she clarified but they cut they bit out of the first discussion we saw.
@@3mshaw I think he's a creator/a dreamer, and in that way I can see people assuming he's dense for answering things in an unexpected way.
Kordell was actually the smartest guy in that villa, he knows how to camouflage into any situation. Also he would listen to his guys as if he agrees and then goes ahead, to do exactly what he wants to do. He knows exactly what he is doing at all times. My respect for him as the season went by was 💯.
I definitely agree that they wanted his image to be that of a dense man.
