I was a gymnast 48 years ago and had splits stretch. Now, thanks to finding your channel and practices, I have regained flexibility but most thankful for mobility. Joining the CMC today. That said, today's practice I will be repeating for a while as I have a lot more progress to make with this sequence. This was a fantastic calming way to start the day :) All the spinal work feels amazing, I needed to add in some backbends at the end to balance them out because my spine feels wonky otherwise. The countdown shavasana at the end was such a treat, thank you!

I had such an amazing vibe practicing this and it's a blessing cause I've been stressed lately preparing for bar exam like a maniac :( thanks man! Ocean was a plus too.
Super relaxed now, what an enjoyable practice. I'm nearly there on plough, I'd put my block back where I thought my toes would be...nowhere near! Legs are longer than I realised 🙂
