I went through some stressful situations last year + extreme diet and started getting super “toned” and “slim”. I thought I was doing great and turned out I was loosing muscle and many other bad things. I’m so much better now and still on a journey 🫶🏼 I quit alcohol and started living an amazing life. I even started this yt channel to help people change their relationship with alcohol and without paying attention to my health, this wouldn’t have happened. Amazing interview! ❤

This is the first guide of yours I have seen and it’s really great. The moves made my body more sensible (especially the standing up with trunk hanging down and bending the knees + the laying down with one arm stretched on the floor and the half rolling over). The following of my breath and the gratitude at the end totally complemented the movements we did. Thank you!:)

Been weight lifting for 24 years and am glad to say that yoga is helping me regain some mobility and work out some stiffness I've gotten in that time.
