I've been doing this morning routine (adding up some other asana poses lately to it) since February this year, every morning, not a single day skipped, no matter where I've been. It helped me immensely in chaning my daily routine. I've found out I'm really much more productive in the mornings and the best thing is it has thought me discipline. I've started doing (consistently) the things I love. Such an awesome video, thank you Flo!

Ive been suffering from arm and shoulder pains and tingles for months and since Ive been doing this routine for a couple of days, the pain and tingles have almost disappeared and I'm strengthening my body at the same time, it feels great. Thanks so much this is the best way to start my day.

I’ve always had wrist pain and this has really helped with that! I’ve commented a few times but this routine has made a real difference for me - just going through these motions every day, the whole body feels so much better.
That's nice to hear, I would say the same but I just did this for the first time and was simply surprised it didn't hurt my weak wrist to do 10 push ups.

I am recovering from Long Covid and have noticed overall body weakness but specifically in my joints...I did this today because it showed up in my feed and I really enjoyed it. I used to be VERY active so this was the perfect thing to remind my body what it can do. Thank you!

4:20 am in Germany right now, just did the routine cause I couldn’t sleep anymore. I feel amazing now, although the pushups/plank section was really hard and got me sweating lots. will try to do this workout more regularly, it’s worth it 🙌🌅

It took me several practices to realize, that it actually is "Same height as you knees / same height as you head" instead of "Say ℍ𝕚! to your knees / say ℍ𝕚! to your head" 😂 Seems like I was welcoming my head&knees unnecessarly... No regrets tho 😎

I want to say that I am a beginner. And found yoga in 2019. I was only able to do it once a week for a few months but it centered me on a level I’ve never had. I stopped after a few months because I felt too busy. But I’m getting back into it again and your videos are helping so much. I’ve always been athletic and do work out some. But I’ve been missing doing the hard work, the mind work, and I appreciate your knowledge so much. I want to definitely join the 5AM club again. I’m not too bad of a morning person. I want to learn more about the AWARE mindfulness challenge also.
I came after watching the other chapter where you explain you were a skater ... this is really good ... the incredible thing about the burpees is that some people keep doing it and many times if they don’t know how to do them or are not ready to, they get injured in their lower back

Given though that they're so common in most type of hiit routines (and bjj, the spawl essentially) please elaborate a bit on why you don't seem to appreciate them at all. Thanks.

I came after watching the other chapter where you explain you were a skater ... this is really good ... the incredible thing about the burpees is that some people keep doing it and many times if they don’t know how to do them or are not ready to, they get injured in their lower back

Love this! I've been doing short videos of yours with my morning meditation to awaken my body before my evening yoga. However this is definitely one I shall learn to incorporate in my morning, plus with the sounds of the birds in the background, it's perfect!

Hey Flo, love your content. Obviously burpees would be the last thing i'd expect from your practices and the intro provided a good laugh. Given though that they're so common in most type of hiit routines (and bjj, the spawl essentially) please elaborate a bit on why you don't seem to appreciate them at all. Thanks.
