Thank you Flo for this mild class. I’ve been following your intense classes for years and recently I’ve had to take a forced break for health reasons. I’ve missed practice so much and today I decided to start the day with you again. Your constant reminders to listen to the body and accept where I am today are exactly what I needed. I’m feeling energised and powerful. It’s going to take time to fully recover but I know that I’m not waking alone. With love and gratitude.
This is my favorite gentle yoga by far for recovery or right after workouts. I neglected my yoga and meditation practice for over a year. I was not being consistent every day and I practiced yoga and meditation here and there. Life got in the way and it started to turn into a vicious cycle. I live with chronic pain and illness, my pain started to get worse and I started to get nightmares again every night from my childhood trauma. I started watching your channel again and implemented Tara Brach’s meditation practices the last 3 days and I’m already noticing a difference. Thank you Bre and Flo! I’ve been waking up with less pain and my nightmares have settled down. Much gratitude! I will make sure to stay committed and not go off track. It’s not worth it. Namaste 🙏🏼🩷

Back with another wonderful practice. I really enjoy these easier ones for my morning yoga. Being in the 4am club, sometimes the more challenging ones I feel I sometimes don’t get as much out of them bc I’m so groggy and stiff still that I am more concerned with following along and keeping my balance than I am getting fully engaged in each pose like with this one. Thanks again for all that you do!
Understandable, that’s early! We have a movement program coming in our NEW Wolfpack platform very soon that is exactly for that: ten minute movement to wake up the body and shake off stiffness 🤙

Although I have never enjoyed starting a practice on my back because I need more warmup from vinyasas at the start, I find this an excellent video for beginners. It is perfectly explained how important nose is for breathing , and stretching is so important for easy movement in transitions. Thanks, Flo.😊

So I’ve just started yoga. I mainly just lift weights. I’m tired of my body feeling completely stiff. I’m having trouble even with pyramid stance. Are there other stretches I should be doing to make this easier or should I just keep at it until my body finally adjusts to it?
