The progression of poses in her videos are always so smooth it makes you appreciate each pose and feeling competent while doing so. Warm up is important!
Oh and I’ve never been able to flow from downward dog into plank and then go to floor. No one has ever told me to lean forward before lowering and so for the first time in 6 years I actually did it! Thank you.

I have been dealing with a hip injury since January and today was my first yoga flow back and I feel so much gratitude for movement. Thank you for this wonderful class!!
LOVED your class. After studying Iyengar yoga for 10 years and then no yoga for a few more, this is a wonderful re-entry. Thank you as well for the lovely setting. One of the practices I learned in Iyengar was avoid rounding the back, say in cat-cow, which we didn't do in Iyengar. Also, in plank, I was taught it's best for the back to be flat, not rounded as well as when coming up from forward fold. Thank you again. I have bookmarked this lesson and will come back to it until my body feels easily open again and ready to move on. Much love.

Thank you Charlie, this was perfect and it did set me up for a great day. It was in the small details you understand about stress. Clenching the shoulders up by your ears to build tension and then slowly rolling your shoulders back and down instead of dropping them, allowed for a controlled release. In life sometimes we cannot just drop our stress, or drop our tension, drop our job or loved one, but we can do a controlled release. This way both areas are thankful, like our (neck and shoulders. Thank you.

I love that the flows actually do flow and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the practices where you are either by water or there’s some other nature sound (was it trees in the wind on this one?). I find it SO much easier to keep my mind clear of hen there are sounds of nature. I am 67, been practicing yoga for many years and have tried many at-home yoga practices. You are my go-to these days! I exercised with this yoga class every day for almost a month. The feeling after it is amazing, I’ve never been so strong, cheerful and I fully forget about stiffness and back pain. Thanks a lot for your job 🙏

I am new to your practices but keep coming back. I love that the flows actually do flow and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the practices where you are either by water or there’s some other nature sound (was it trees in the wind on this one?). I find it SO much easier to keep my mind clear of hen there are sounds of nature. I am 67, been practicing yoga for many years and have tried many at-home yoga practices. You are my go-to these days!
