The 20-25min classes are my favorites. I am a single mom and I can only manage to find about an hour for yoga and meditation in the day. This one was great. I will be repeating this one.

Great flow! Love those lunges, side planks, and warrior 3's. That was a real challenge. It always surprises me how much stronger one leg is for balances than the other
