Thank you Breathe and Flow for always uploading challenging, engaging and interesting content. I've been practicing every day with you for more than a year and I've really seen the benefits even though I'm 55 now!
Just had a relationship end, the same day I had committed to another round of the Ignite course. It has brought me so much insight, healing, and focus in an incredible difficult time. Just wanted to thank you both for the content you create; it truly does promote so much strength and spiritual growth
The longer version of this class on Patreon was fantastic, but wanted to tell you that I love these shortened versions as well (for days when I want to combine it with something else or just don't have an hour or more for the longer practice). Thank you so much for all of your & Bre's hard work, dedication, effort and taking the time to provide these different options. Much love to all three of you!! 😊
My shoulders weren't ready for this one! I appreciate the challenge to continue getting stronger and, more importantly, finding latent inner strength that I already had.
I seriously loved the bird singing right before shavasana. Something about that freed my soul and made me feel peace. Thank you for making these videos !
Wow it's been a while since I did yoga because I was ill so this one was a little bit challenging I felt so dman great after finishing it, yoga is truly a fuel for the body and the soul
Thankyou for these short practices brother. After a long period of overchallenging myself and not listening to my body I was forced to stop by injuries and the dark night of the soul. After two years of recovering I lost hope of ever being able to enjoy yoga or any kind of exercise again. Listening to my body and keeping my boundaries I started doing your short classes and after a few months I can say I found joy and progress again. 🙏🏻
Perfect 30 minute break at work - still managed to break a sweat. Appreciated the challenge of the side plank underarm reaches. Thank you for showing me the way to a healthier lifestyle, Flo.
Lol I just woke up from an ungodly unintentional nap, I dreamed that I couldn't open my eyes for what seemed like an eternity. Just awful lol! Now my brain feels like a fuzzy hibernate mammoth. This video comes with perfect timing, I'm grateful as always! Have a nice weekend everyone!
Hey dude, just found yoga when I found your channel about one month ago. Been going through your “yoga for men” series and it’s been incredibly beneficial for my body (specifically curing my lower back pain) Big thank you! 🙏🏻
I find those very challenging too. Thanks for showing me I'm not the only one. People in the comment section always make it look like this is a walk in the park.
@@sotnasoigres315 They're challenging, true, but if you do them consistently and keep returning to the challenging ones you'll see progess and how much stronger you get every time you attempt it again, which to me is an awesome reward in itself 😁😊. Keep at it!... That's why it's called yoga PRACTICE 😉
@@sotnasoigres315 hahaha we make fun of how bre and flow talk so calm while doing impossible poses and saying: "do what you can, that's more than enough, breathe and enjoy the breath" And we can't even do half of what they are doing, we're just laying down observing, laughing and dying. We have worked out all our life but man!.... bre and flow are like "God level" lol 😆
@@Flying.Witch. I try to though it's hard to find the time for it sometimes. I also get throbbing headaches constantly because of sinusitis so, bending with my head down is really painful. Still, I try to keep this along with powerlifting because after I started doing yoga (a bike accident made it impossible for me to lift for about a month) I was able to reduce, almost eliminate completely injuries I picked for lifting heavy without proper flexibility and warm-ups. Thanks for the encouragement!
@@aidalopezvazquez5821 me too! Since 2004, never have I stopped. Still, this is so hard and the less often you do it, the harder it becomes. Tried to get my wife and daughter into it, didn't work out very fine though 🙄.
Ive been doing more of a beginners/chill yoga for about 3 years and even tho i also go to the gim for more strength this was CHALLENGING. i absolutely loved it. Thank you so mucha for sharing!!
Thank you, this was so engaging. It's wonderful to slow down, to feel, and to breathe. I feel the strength in these poses and the stretch. Between running and lifting weights I am try to maintain good mobility. Your videos are amazing and helpful. I am coming back tomorrow for aa recovery flow.
Thank You. Practicing today in the small hotel room in Paris and believe me was it was much interesting the the other experiences 😁. Again I have ensured myself what is most important for me. Love that world' ♥️ Namaste
So happy to come back to practice with you... so much to catch up on, so little time. Thank, most sincerely for aiding in my healing, internally and physically. "Your pose may not look like mine...." to quote you; helped me work through (or more importantly around) some old scar tissue. Quite literally, I fixed my body. I fixed my life. I love my body now, instead of detest it. 😢 ❤️
This was a perfect recovery day flow for me. I think I'll join Patreon for the full thing! Hope that you, Are and the baby are doing great, I love you guys!
I really needed this practice today! Before I began, I did a 20~ minute 'intuitive' animal flow with some conscious breathwork to prepare. I've been weightlifting, working with a trainer, so I find myself needing to stretch multiple times a day to maintain and maximize mobility/flexibility. This vinyasa was challenging, to say the least. Although I've been practicing, it has been with wavering regularity. However, something about this sequence helped me unlock upward-facing-dog in a way I haven't been able to heretofore. I always hear you articulate this seemingly simple Asana asking us to broaden our collarbones while pulling back the shoulders. Today I found an ease holding the pose without fidgeting to readjust either the length of my body or the width of my hands on the mat. Grâce aux petites victoires! I do have a question concerning the seated meditation and Shavasana, in general. It is always difficult for me after vinyasa practice to relinquish control of my breathing, allowing my breath to return to normal. This may, in part, be due to some yoga teachers who give guided meditations while in Shavasana, reinforcing the supposed necessity of continuing to breath deeply. It may also be that my Western psyche has control issues. At any rate, I find it hard to stop breathing diaphragmatically even when I try to focus solely on the breath flowing through my nostrils. Perhaps I'm overthinking it or I'm just annoyingly human, but is there a particular breathing practice/exercise that might help me give up (the illusion of) control? XO x3
Wow, amazing practice.. lot time I havent done a vinyasa practice.. only stretching. My body and especially my mind are thankful 🙏 cheers from Argentina
Absolutely great class! I always do yoga very last in the evening, just because of the title i decided to do this right after breakfast, feels great! Keep it up
This kicked my butt!! I don’t know why, but my body just felt heavy today. I pushed through and am sensing I may need to focus on some inner work to lighten the load I’m so clearly carrying in my body. Regardless, thank you for bringing the peaceful challenge like always.
Whew! Sweatier than expected! That was a strong practice. 💪 Thank you for sharing, Breathe & Flow. I only came across your channel recently and I’m already hooked. Creative and fun sequence, Flo! Love the timing and the combo of postures and the breath reminders. Good stuff! Namaste 🙏
Thank you, Flo; your tone and pace feel a good fit for me. About half of this practice was within my ability range; a 1/3 quite challenging and the rest, about 1/4, not doable (yet…). I hope it is the right blend :-) Namaste.
Never complaining. I bought some shorts and a shirt awhile back. Then I shared this with 5 friends. Great video. Just wondering how many subscribers are doing that?
