      yes but if you struggle doing everything cause you are not flexible (like me) at all, you want "rush".. I practice for like 6 months and not slight improvement

      No, this is a big misunderstanding - yoga is not the physical exercises. It's much much more. So, less than 1 percent of ancient Indian wisdom has been adapted to the modern world.

    I'm at level .01.....I started to do yoga 6 months ago and my sciatica pain went away....I still have long way to go I know but I'm not giving up...I want to get be better at this....it's worth it.

    This is on the bank of Kaveri river , I am so elevated to see a European following yoga in our Mysore, we have to have yoga period in primary classes 1 to 7th grade so everyone learns it . this precious gyana is spreading entire world . I am so happy to be born in the great sanatana dharma following country INDIA. Namaste

    I haven't been this drawn to another art since i started doing brazilian jiu-jitsu (a decade ago). This will complement it nicely.     Its great to see foreigners doing the original authentic yoga without any modifications just as it was taught to us in school during our childhood days when youtube didnt exist. You're doing great! I'm practicing it since 13 years and still love it.

    Ashtanga can injure. Follow your body and this is beautiful. We can fly and we can die. Richard Freeman was my teacher in my 30s. 70 now I move slowly towards grace.
