i tried switching to in person pilates classes for awhile thinking it wold be nice to transition to something with even more personalized instruction so I dont risk injuring myself, and I realized they were far less instructive about proper form than you are! you provide such thorough notes on form and positioning that I really think ill only ever watch your videos, they are so perfect and awesome and you are the best ever!

I’ve had a hard time committing to regular exercise and I finally took the advice “make it something you like to do!” I remembered how much I loved Pilates in my 20s and so I’ve been doing your videos every morning. I’m getting so strong and toned and I can finally do a side plank! Those were impossible for me until now. I also like how all the moves flow into each other and I’m not scrambling to get into position. . I do long walks and hikes for cardio and I feel so good. Thank you! ❤️

I stopped doing rhytmics gymnastic & ballet and tried a lot of things in the past 3 years then I luckily found you! I really struggled with working out by myself and trying to find a new sport that makes me happy but then i got one of your videos popping up in my recommendations and since that video, since that day i do at least one of your workouts every day beacuse it makes me so so happy i can't describe. You are literally the only coach who makes me happy and keeps me active. Thank you so much for bringing me energy & joy and please never stop uploading videos !

I personally love how you focus on proper form and not fitting in as many reps into a certain amount of time, I feel less pressured and more concentrated on controlling my body. What I also really love is that you never say anything about "toning", "losing weight", "looking better" etc. You don't give us the feeling that we need to be better than we are. 💜
