    Nicole, since I started doing pilates with you, I find peace in my day to day life. I suffer from depression and anxiety but the moment I press play I forget everything. The workouts are perfect, the way you explain the movements and the respiration relaxes me to another level. Thank you so much for bringing peace and some sweat to my everyday life.       Nicole, you really are the greatest! I have been exercising with you for a while now, but the 7 days series was really the best.       omg same for me, normally i have to pause all the time and hurts my neck to see what the hell i'm supposed to do haha, but here, her way to do to it is so descriptive and well explain i can follow easily !! and she takes time before really starting the exercise to kinda make sure we are in position, it was so perfect!!!!

    been weightlifting and doing cardio for the last 5 months and decided to give this a go, and was very much humbled by all the muscles i’ve been missing out on and not enough joint flexibility 😭 need to do pilates more often

      Nicole says that the most important thing is to have fun! please dont be sad.. taking a break to catch your breath, recollect yourself is very normal and you will do the exercises better than not stopping and struggle or lose your good posture

    Definitely not an easy workout. But OMG i love the burn and felt so good afterwards, This is a great full body workout I would come back to do again and again in the future,

    Dear Nicole, thank you very much! After back surgery (scoliosis) I had constant pain, my posture and mobility were terrible! I started following you because due to the lockdown I couldn't go to physiotherapy and I had to do something to reduce the pain. I have been doing your routines regularly for 6 months, the pain has decreased noticeably, I feel much better and even the bar support of my back is no longer visible! You don't know how my life has changed thanks to you! I love your routines! They are a perfect balance, the music is relaxing and your voice is very melodious, in short PERFECT! Thank you for helping me improve my quality of life!

    ❤❤❤Nicole❤❤❤I love these 45 minute live workouts. My RUclips doesn’t list them in order or even within scrolling distance of each other but whenever I run across one I do it. I take your classes every morning. You are the best Pilate instructor out there and your production values are very high. Thank you for being part of my life.

About two month ago I came across your chanel on youtube and that moment began appearing my love to the sport. I like your new and old videos so much and your training style is so relaxing but also exercises are really heavy and great for muscles.     That was beautiful! How balanced and therapeutic. The time flew by. I'm getting much better at pairing my breath with the movements, I'm feeling more graceful and at ease and able to enjoy it. I'm glad I stuck with you Nicole, at first you were too hard for me! Now at least I can keep up a bit, and I really feel like these videos have made me more conscious of my feminine energy. It feels nice because my traditional workouts often amplify my masculine energy and it becomes a little bit overwhelming sometimes - especially when combined with a busy work day. Lovely 🌈. An amazing job with the live voice cues!! Thank you for keeping in your little counting mistake at the end, it was very sweet and relatable.

    I'm so proud that I finished this 7 day challenge! I did these videos every second day to give my muscles a break in between. I've noticed a difference mentally and physically, my abdominals are much stronger and I've felt less stressed. As a fellow yoga teacher, it's good for me to work on strengthening and core as well. I will definitely be continuing with your pilates on a regular basis!

    I was recovering from respiratory infection and was so down since I can't do my usual weightlifting/gym routine. I followed the series since I wanted to challenge myself right after I recovered and I'm so proud of myself cos I finished the series!!!!
    Thank you Nicole. Because of this, I am looking to incorporate your lessons into my weekly exercise routine and will start alternating it with weightlifting next week.

    Omg Nicole you save me! I been strugling with depression for a long time! I've always exercise my self for over 10 years but in 2022 I've lost motivation on working out but since I meet you this pass december 2023 Im working with dicipline just like before My condition! Thank you soo much please keep in mind that what you have been doing in this series means a lot and is important for me and others so thank you ❤❤️ you are a valuble and well apreciate person.     Omg, WOW! What an amazing burn! I really felt it in my glutes, legs/thighs & abs. Thank you for this amazing full body burn. I'm on a journey towards working out because it feels good and not because I want to look a certain way. I'm learning to trust you. You're the expert, and you're doing an amazing job. I used to repeat the butt exercises after almost every workout to make sure I REALLY burn it out. Now I trust you and your exercises because you know how to get the best out of them without over exhausting yourself. Getting there one step at a time. THANK YOU.

    Thanks Nicole for all these great videos. This was my first week exercising with you and I enjoyed it a lot. My body feels much better now. It would be great if you also show some alternative moves for beginners at each move. Sometimes I find it hard to do some of the exercises but I don’t want to stop moving.

    I just finished this workout and wanted to take the opportunity to let you know how much I enjoy and appreciate your workouts. I do mostly your Pilates workouts but also the Barre and combo workouts. You are so easy to follow and understand and I find your workouts just challenging enough for my 70-yr old body. I particularly like the full-body workouts, and I can tell a difference in my strength and flexibility since working out with you. Keep up the wonderful workouts!

    I just finished this series and wanted to say thank you so much! I was really struggling to find the motivation to exercise and the thought of going to a studio was too overwhelming. This has been so helpful and I'll definitely be continuing on with your other videos.

    Hello everyone; I am very happy to be part of this group under Nicole's wings :). I am an "energy picker", whether negative or positive, I feel it strongly. For that reason, I don't waste my time around negativity and on the contrary, everything that makes me boost my energy, is soooo appreciated. Nicole, your pilates play a big part of my "smooth-day-go" No matter how tired I am in the morning, I start to workout with you and when I am done, OH WHAT A FEELING!

    Hi Nicole, I just finished 7 day challenged, after starting doing your videos about 4 months ago. I used to do yoga and never liked cardio much, but thanks to your video I love it all now! You instruct very well, Ican almost follow without watching, but also your example is very clear and precise! I have started teaching a small group of friends pilates based on your videos. 30 lessons down now. If not for you, I could not do that,! So thanks a lot for your great videos .     I generally avoid the longer workouts that get close to an hour, but this class was really well paced. I love that you always offer options for modifications because it makes everything more achievable without having to skip sections or take breaks. Thanks so much as usual!     I had stopped doing workouts for a period of 3-4 months and was finding it challenging to stick to a routine once I resumed. However, thanks to your workouts, I always look forward to starting my day with these. ⛅️
    These are easy to follow, and I feel my body literally thanks me by the end of the full body workouts. 🫠😇
    I personally light some incense sticks and aromatic candles before beginning the workouts, and dayuuummm the entire experience legit feels so therapeutic. 🕯🌸🕊

    Unbelievable that I could finish this 45 minutes class just with a short pause during “favorite squat 😅😅😅” as Nicole said.

    I love your videos, and I'm going to recommend this to my mom! I'm 56 myself, and I have a very 'flat' back that likes to get aggravated with some yoga moves. I've been doing your various workouts daily for a couple of weeks now, and I can feel a huge difference in my core and back strength.     Doing your HIIT workouts in the morning and longer workouts at night and you’re classes are making me feel so fit!     Thank you for the past 7 days practice. I loved all the variety, intensity and as always your amazing guided instruction through all movements with breath. 🙏😀
    My only preference would be to have shorter time in between those sets on day 4 when we paused for 30 seconds.
