    This was my first workout ever. I feel happy and energised and although it was really tough and I had to stop a few times, I’m looking forward to growing my stamina and working out with you. As a young teenager trying to lose fat and gain muscle I think your channel is amazing. There’s workouts for everybody and your shorts are so motivating as well. I hope I can keep that motivation and grow my health, stamina and fitness with you!

    I struggled so hard during the leg portion and almost gave up (lunges are the worst but thanks to you I can actually do more then 2 in a row) but after the ab portion I feel so strong 💪🏻 so glad I pushed through

    Wow, this one was a toughie! I feel like it's a great workout for building overall strength. It challenges the lower + upper body, and it kills the abs. Relentless, but doable! Loved it ❤

    I took a break for a few minutes to rest and drink water to all the people in the comments y’all are beautiful but don’t do to much exercise it can cause a lot of pressure on your body and it’s not healthy so you will need to rest and be patient don’t do it all at once

    This looked easier than what it actually was (for me)! The alternating glute bridge pulses were the hardest for me. 😅

    I loved this one. I’ve been training with you for two years now, and currently I’m recovering from a splint on my ankle. So, this low impact training was perfect for me. I am still able to train with you and can’t wait to get back to those high intensity ones I was used to 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
